GUNS N' ROSES was born in 1988 when the revolution they started became uncontrollably huge. A newly discovered ultra-real album that brings out the swell of that era from the speakers. [Newly discovered analog master of legendary recording] What is engraved in this work is “August 30, 1988 Wilkes-Barre performance”. It is a powerful audience recording that conveys the whole picture. Although it is a show that has been known for recording for a long time, this work is neither a copy of a previously released nor a remastered reissue. It is a new master that was recently discovered and is causing a stir among enthusiasts all over the world. After all, what we discovered was the modern prestigious ``Krw_co,'' whose collection includes the ``A luvsufo Analog Master'' series. If you haven't been following the "Krw_co" collection, you may not be able to understand it, but the combination of Meimon and "A luvsufo" has created masterpieces by various 80's artists. Especially in terms of HR/HM, songs like GUNS' "ALLENTOWN 1987", Ozzy's "BETHLEHEM 1984" and "BETHLEHEM 1986", and QUEEN's "PHILADELPHIA 1982" are still fresh in my memory. This work is such a prestigious collection, but it is especially clear and transparent, and the performance sound and vocals are tight and tight to the outline. This probably has something to do with the venue. The "POCONO DOWNS RACETRACK" at the scene was a race track attached to a casino, and there are no detailed documents left, so it is difficult to say for certain, but it was probably a stage specially set up outdoors. There is no echo component to the extent that I can only imagine that. The core, neither cage nor cloudy, jumps straight into it. Of course, it's not always easy to make a great recording outdoors. Even with the new master, I could feel the timbre shaking, which was probably due to the wind, and the bass tended to be washed out. Therefore, this work was mastered after thorough verification. It firmly picks up the lost bass core and adjusts the overall balance. Of course, the pitches that were early were also adjusted accurately. And this "polishing" was also interestingly effective. If you are a customer of our store, you know that Digilima is not magic, and that depending on the characteristics of the recording itself, it can be transformed into a big deal, and there are things that can hardly be changed. In the case of this work, it was a "big monster" type. In the original sound, the bass range was washed away and became weak, but it did not mean that it was not recorded. When I carefully picked it up, I found that all the details were still there, and the contours were clear and clear. What's more, the balance can be changed without affecting the midrange and treble ranges, resulting in a beautifully reborn sound that resembles a multi-track soundboard. [A shocking scene that left the shadow of a fatal accident] The dangerous scene of 1988 is revived with such fresh sound. In order to explain the reason, let’s look back at the show’s position from the overall picture of the “APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION Tour” that turned the world upside down. 1987 ・June 19th-28th: UK (3 performances)《APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION'' released on July 21st》・August 1st-September 17th: North America #1 (24 performances)・September 29th Sunday - October 8: Europe (8 performances) October 16 - December 31: North America #2a (49 performances) January 5 - February 12, 1988: North America #2b (13 performances) ←※RITZ 1988 ・March 31st - June 8th: North America #3 (30 performances) ・July 9th - August 17th: North America #4a (23 performances) ・August 20th: MONSTERS OF ROCK appearance・August 24th-September 17th: North America #4b (15 performances) ←★Coco★《“GN'R LIES” released on November 29th》・December 4th-19th: Japan/Oceania (9 performances) ) This is GUNS N' ROSES in 1987/1988. The Wilkes-Barre performance of this work was the fifth concert of “North America #4b”, which was in the second half. "North America #4" was divided into two parts due to an appearance at the British festival MONSTERS OF ROCK, but this MOR appearance is the point. As you may know, the crowd surged during GUNS' performance at this festival. It was a tragedy that left two people dead. The Wilkes-Barre performance of this work is 10 days after Donington, and there are scenes everywhere that revive that tragedy. It's already different from the opening song "You're Crazy". After the performance, they burst into "It's so Easy"... First, Axl was the MC. While calling for people to stand back, he also mentioned how two people were crushed to death in the Donnington tragedy. Axel’s sense of crisis was so vivid that he didn’t want to repeat that tragedy, and the audience on this day was probably so excited that the tragedy was revived. This work also breathes in the breath of the audience up close, but Axel's worries are so palpable that it doesn't seem like an exaggeration. In fact, Axel's words alone weren't enough. The show progresses with "It's so Easy" and "Mr. Brownstone," but the scene gets heated one by one. When “Move to the City” finally ended, the noise of the audience exceeded the limit and the show was interrupted. Axl stays on stage and warns him over and over again, but the audience yells and screams at him, and there are screams from all over. Such a touchy-feely mood was recorded non-stop for about 10 minutes. After that, Axl decided that it had finally calmed down and resumed the show, but it had a harsh mood. "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" had a good melody and was fine, but when "Welcome to the Jungle" was called next, the scene exploded again! Once again, Axel is in a situation where the MC calls for a cooldown. GUNS N' ROSES from their debut era has been given a dangerous image due to various anecdotes, but there are not many records that actually give you chills down your spine just listening to them. There were no fatalities at the Wilkes-Barre performance of this work, but as far as listening to the sound, it wouldn't be surprising if some people died. This work is not only a thrilling music album with live performances, but also a documentary work that allows you to experience the "scary" atmosphere 100% with the best sound. This is a super realistic album that can be said to be a companion to the tragic "DON'T FUCKIN' KILL EACH OTHER." A phenomenon called "1988 GUNS N' ROSES" that shook the earth. A miraculous piece that allows you to experience its presence in its entirety. Strong audience recording of “August 30, 1988 Wilkes-Barre Performance”. This is a show that has been known for recording for a long time, but this work is a new master discovered by the prestigious “Krw_co”. Perhaps because it was an outdoor venue, the atmosphere with almost no echo components was clear and transparent, and the performance sound and vocals were tight to the outline. What's more, the bass, which had become lighter due to original mastering, has been firmly restored. Achieved unbelievably high sound quality. You can fully experience the thrilling scene where Axel interrupts the show in an attempt to calm down the enthusiasm after a fatality occurred at the Donington performance 10 days ago.
