The "USE YOUR ILLUSION TOUR" where the monster of rock trampled the whole world like a monster. The best professional shots of that heyday are now available on DVD. This work contains a multi-camera professional shot of the "Rosemont performance on April 9, 1992". Although it has long been known as a standard professional shot, it is a masterpiece that contains the highest quality master discovered in recent years on a two-disc DVD. The quality is the best even in the 1990s. Naturally, it was shot analogue due to the era, but the master with outstanding freshness has almost no deterioration over time, and the color development and vividness of the details are frighteningly beautiful. There is no line noise or tracking noise, and the scene from 25 years ago is exactly the same as the image beauty that spreads across the screen. Of course, as for the shooting and camera work, it is perfect as it has defended the throne of the tour representative for many years. Since there are almost no cheers on the stereo sound board that is directly connected to the table, it gives up half a step in the "on-site feeling", but instead the super-class direct feeling is tremendous. The guitar is so vivid that even the sound of the strings rubbing is vivid, and Axl Rose's vocals are poured into your ears even until he breathes. Some of the already released "Paradise City" has been cut, but this work is literally the longest and best version. In a sense, it is a more intense pro-shot work than the official video "USE YOUR ILLUSION I & II". GUNS N' ROSES, drawn with such quality, shows off the monster that is truly ravaging the world. In the first place, this "USE YOUR ILLUSION TOUR" is a huge tour that lasted for two and a half years, including two visits to Japan. Nowadays, tours that span several years are not uncommon, but at that time it was exceptional. It's a good opportunity, so let's first imagine the position from the whole tour.・January 1991: South America #1 (2 shows) ・May-August 1991: North America #1 + Europe #1 (48 shows) 《September 1991: Release of "USE YOUR ILLUSION I&II"》《November 1991: Izzy leaves the band → 13-person lineup including horns》 ・December 1991-February 1992: North America #2 (23 shows) ・February 1992: Japan #1 (3 shows) ・April 1992: North America #3 (4 shows) ←★Here★ ・April-October 1992: Europe #2 + North America #4 (47 shows)・November-December 1992: South America #2 (9 shows) ・January-February 1993: Japan #2 + Oceania (6 shows) {Returning to a 6-person band only} ・February-April 1993: North America #5 (29 shows) ・May-July 1993: Europe #3 + South America #3 (27 shows) This is the journey of the "USE YOUR ILLUSION TOUR". The Rosemont performance in this work is the final day of "North America #3", which is immediately after "Japan #1", which was also the official video. It is the 80th concert out of a total of 194 shows. It is just about the middle of a long road life, and it is the timing of the explosion of the real power. The Yokozuna sumo is rare in rock history. If you think calmly, Axel had just turned 30 at that time, but the dignity that reigned as the darling of the era was enormous. Whether he sings, talks, or plays the piano, he exudes a big-shot aura from his entire body. The crowd goes wild with his every move. I said earlier that there were almost no cheers, but the cheers were wild, even though they were recorded faintly in the distance. The camerawork focuses on Axel, but also tightly holds down the front line with Slash and Duff. Slash's sticky guitar rides on the rough beat of Dub, and Axel's chameleon voice sings and howls... Whether the horns overlap or the chorus decorates, the magic of the three core sounds intertwined remains unshakable. Now I want to scold myself for being so rough with things like "It's too big to be a rock band" and "We need Izzy." The magic of GUNS was firmly engraved in my mind, but I was so arrogant that I couldn't stand to be spouting such luxury... Especially delicious is the two consecutive shots of "Coma" followed by "Don't Cry". "Coma" has become a standard in the current reorganized GUNS, but at the time there were only a few performance records. You can see that extremely rare take in a pro shot. And in the next song "Don't Cry", the late Shannon Hoon of BLIND MELON participates as a guest. At that time, they were still working on their debut album "BLIND MELON", and you can see Axel dueting to make his unknown friends known to the world. No one could have imagined that he would die a tragic death three years later... Anyway, this is the highest peak version of the classic pro shot in history. The longest and best master that held down the great heyday of the monster GUNS N' ROSES for more than three hours. A two-disc set that packs that brilliance into a DVD. This is a film that will make the "now" when Axel/Slash/Duff's revisit is imminent. Live at Rosemont Horizon, Rosemont. IL. USA 9th April 1992 PRO-SHOT Disc 1(108:44) 1. Pre-Show 2. Introduction 3.
