The "Not In This Lifetime Tour" with the classic lineup of Axl, Slash and Duff finally toured Japan in January 2017. The second day, the live performance at Kobe World Memorial Hall on January 22nd, was directly released on Blu-ray from the high-quality audience footage captured by HD cameras. First, taking advantage of the large capacity of Blu-ray, the entire performance was recorded for 2 hours and 34 minutes in the same quality as the original HD camera material. Moreover, based on the original video source, the performance was reproduced with multi-shot and good sound, including various stable and good shots. The show started almost on time on this day, which was the final performance in Kansai, following the previous day's Osaka performance. After that, the set list was basically the same as the previous day, but Duff's solo shifted from "Attitude" to "New Rose". On this day, "Out Ta Get Me" was added after "Sweet Child O' Mine", and although "Patience" was dropped during the encore, "Sorry" and "Don't Cry" were performed instead, resulting in a show with two more songs and a longer performance time than in Osaka.
