The 2CD not only covers the BBC studio live, but also was the pinnacle soundboard album of early GENESIS. This work is a valuable video collection that can be said to be the video edition. This is a book that covers early footage from the "FROM GENESIS TO REVELATION" era to the "NURSERY CRYME" era. Now, let me introduce the three videos one by one. [March 20, 1972 “POP SHOP”] First of all, the main thing is the studio live when he appeared on a Belgian TV program during the “NURSERY CRYME” era. This is a professional shot that is known as a classic, and is also familiar with gift titles such as "FILM ARCHIVE". Many of you may have seen it at least once. This work is a masterpiece mastered by overseas core enthusiasts. The modern and vividly revived sound is also vivid, but what is even more shocking is the visual beauty. It is so clear and crisp that it is incomparable to previous releases such as "FILM ARCHIVE", and even the edges of the telop characters are sharp. Of course, it is not a forced highlight, but it is an amazing quality that clearly uses a young master of the generation. Peter Gabriel wasn't wearing makeup at this time, and the white background and floor were extremely simple. It's a multi-camera professional shot that looks refreshing with just a straight band performance. [April 18, 1972 “PIPER CLUB”] Next is a black and white video taken one month after “POP SHOP”. This is a combination of interview footage and live scenes of TRESPASS's "Stagnation" and non-album song "Happy The Man." The performance itself is still quite plain, but backstage, Gabrielle was responding to an interview while applying eye shadow, so perhaps the month after "POP SHOP" was the time when she started to adopt eccentric makeup and costumes. I don't know. Although it is short at just under 5 minutes, the only videos from the “NURSERY CRYME” era are “POP SHOP” and this. This is an extremely valuable early footage. [March 11, 1970 “ATOMIC SUNRISE FESTIVAL”] The last video is from 1970 at the Roundhouse Club, which is known as the oldest GENESIS video. This is the only video older than the two 1972 videos introduced so far. It's only about a minute long, but it's a treasure video in which you can see them performing ``Looking For Someone'' and ``The Knife'' by ``TRESPASS'' in color. Although Gabriel's features show that he was well-bred, the band rocking as hard as they can is hot (though the disturbing text is an eyesore), and the quality is excellent, with no noise or distortion. These are all the live videos known up to the "NURSERY CRYME" era. The next video is of the Bataclan during the "FOXTROT" era, where Gabriel's headgear begins. As expected, the highlight will be the upgraded version of the standard "POP SHOP" where you can see full performances, but the other two are also so precious that you will be suffocated. GENESIS was at a time when they were focused only on their own music, without worrying about make-up, headgear, or production. A video collection where you can collect all of them at once. Please enjoy the history of early GENESIS with this 2CD that covers the top soundboards up to 1972. Pop Shop, Brussels, Belgium 20th March 1972 1. Fountain Of Salmacis 2. Twilight Alehouse 3.
