From the 1983 Japan tour accompanying "Corridors Of Power", the Kyoto Kaikan performance on January 27th, the fifth performance out of nine performances, was recorded in full with a super high-quality audience recording of the highest level. It is a genuine master quality version. The sound source of this day was the same sound source with a large hiss noise version that had passed through generations, but in February of this year, the Shades label released an upgraded version titled "HARD KNUCKLE" that distinguishes itself from the trader sound source. It was recorded with a quality that can be called astonishing considering the era, and it was the definitive version of the Kyoto performance that finally appeared, which caused a big stir among enthusiasts. This version is the ultimate version that appeared with the claim that the master cassette was directly digitized. What is surprising at first listen is the tremendous sound pressure and clear sound image, and it is recorded with ultra-high sound quality that far exceeds "HARD KNUCKLE", which was believed to be an excellent version throughout the entire live. The opening Majestuso E Virtuoso is recorded longer than the previous release, and you can also hear the venue announcement after the concert that has not yet been released, which is an advantage unique to master tapes. The sound quality is so excellent that it seems to be the best of the 1983 Japan tour, and the on sound image realistically conveys the charm of Gary's live performance in Japan in 1983. The punch, attack, and thickness of the sound are all recorded to perfection, and you can enjoy Gary's bursting guitar solo, as well as the colorful keyboard play of Pace & Neal's former Whitesnake rhythm section, Don Airey, and the strongest live performance by the strongest lineup of Gary Moore Band, which fascinated rock fans all over Japan at the time, with the most amazing sound ever. It's amazing that you can clearly hear each bass note even though the sound is so intricate. "The whole album is worth listening to" is a phrase that seems to have been created for this album, and the fierce performance of the veteran British super players is a masterpiece, and you can experience dramatic excitement in every part. The nearly 12-minute I Can't Wait Until Tomorrow produces a tremendous concert peak. Following the pop Always Gonna Love You, you can enjoy a spectacular instrumental battle with Hurricane. After the Parisienne Walkways performance, Don't Take Me For A Loser was played on this day instead of Higher Ground. The last moving Sunset, where you can hear the words "dedicated to Randy Rhoads", is a must-listen. The instrumental parts such as guitar solos are so clear that it's like listening to a soundboard recording. Anyway, the sound quality has been upgraded so much that it shows the amazing difference between tape generations! ! !
