“FIGHTING FOR GERMANY” is a 2-disc set that summarizes “Hard Rockin’ Gary.” If there's one thing missing from this masterpiece audience album that includes a complete recording of a full show, it's the video. Gary's true value, which was said to be ``playing with his face'', can only be fully appreciated by seeing it with your eyes. I'm not joking. Gary's facial expressions, his singing, and the excitement of his guitar are completely synchronized in the video, and the ups and downs of his emotions as seen in his eyes are extremely convincing. The sincere expression on his face as he faced the microphone made me feel better. I've never heard anyone call her beautiful, but I never get tired of looking at her. I think there are many people who have seen this famous video that has appeared several times, but this video is still amazing. Occasionally, there may be a slight horizontal line noise, but the basic picture and sound quality is completely official level. The mix is perfect, and you can ideally enjoy the sound the band plays, right down to Neil Carter's chorus. Although it is not a full recording, the approximately 70 minutes that highlight the highlights are plenty of feedback, such as taking the trouble to set Chris Slade in a separate frame for the repeated bass drum hits of “Blood Of Emeralds”. In particular, the bass solo in "Empty Rooms" is a must-see. Bob Daisley tends to attract attention during his Ozzy era, but this solo is probably his best shot. Of course, the long solo of ``Paris Promenade'', which waits for the audience to get tired of screaming, is also perfect. When playing “Military Man”, he introduces it as “a song written by a great friend of mine”, but this work also includes a bonus video of Gary and Phil co-starring. This is a video of the British music program "ECT" from 1985, and although it is a short broadcast of two songs, it is also of super beautiful image quality. It is the last video of Gary and Phil co-starring, and the dense performance that even surpasses the main live performance is overwhelming. Because the 2CD is the "comprehensive hard rock album," we have created a super set that you can say is "all you need." In contrast to "FIGHTING FOR GERMANY," the final performance of the tour, where you can hear a mature performance, this work is full of momentum as the second performance of the tour has just begun. It's an interesting comparison. We deliver this with great confidence to those who will never forget Gary! Live at Kings Hall, Belfast, Northern Ireland 9th March 1989 PRO-SHOT 1. After The War 2.
