This two-hour recording of the March 16th Costa Mesa concert, part of the North American tour following the release of their second album, "Mean Business," in 1985, is taken from the original audience master recording by Marco Moir, a legendary taper who, around the same time as Mike Millard, left high-quality recordings at concert venues across the United States. The quality of the recordings is almost on par with the Millard tapes. The live performances, evenly selected from both albums, feature Jimmy Page in particularly excellent form, Tony Franklin's bass solo on "Purple Heze" thrills the audience, and Paul displays his masterful guitar playing on the closing track, "Spirit of Love."
