Eric Clapton's special video program "Mr. SLOW HAND", which was aired on domestic satellite broadcasting on January 4, 1995, was recorded from the video master that was air-checked at the time. It is in two parts, all recorded in stereo. Of course, it is a professional shot video, and the first part is two songs and an interview from the blues session in the studio that was produced along with the 1994 album "From The Cradle" and was also used in the promo clip. It is a general production of the tour rehearsal recorded at Smith Ballroom. This video is already familiar to enthusiasts, but there is an interview with Clapton inserted in between, so you can learn about his stance on the blues at the time. This is an excellent video that confirms once again his honest thoughts as he aimed to return to his roots. Backing him at this time was the famous session drummer Andy Newmark, but in the rehearsal scene, Clapton complains about him playing too much, and Andy Fairweather Rowe acts like a yes man. Contains interesting scenes such as scenes in which the character is demonstrated. The second part is an excerpt from Clapton's discography created especially for this special program, as well as the 1991 video ``24 Nights'' and the 1992 video ``Unplugged.'' The selection criteria for the discography was from the viewpoint of a collection of blues covers, which is consistent with the purpose of this program. However, the second part of the video is completely different from the first part, and Clapton appears with a super long hair look. The change in his appearance over the past few years can be said to be a change in his heart, and the structure makes the first part's meaning, which is a return to his blues roots, even more intense. The image quality is particularly good with no deterioration or color loss, and there are no problems with the audio. This special video, which perfectly captures the timing of his return from a rock star to a blues musician, is an excellent video title that perfectly captures the musicianship of an artist, and is a must-see even if you are not a fan.
