The 24th performance in Japan in 2025, the first in two years, was a total of eight performances at Nippon Budokan, including two additional performances. The final performance on April 27th was recorded in full for 1 hour and 45 minutes with a good audience shot from the front row of the arena. This was digitally shot from the left side of the front of the arena, and because it was from the angle behind the A7 area, the front audience was hardly reflected, the camera accurately captured Clapton's movements, and the sound was of extremely good quality throughout. And just after turning 80, in a hard schedule of eight performances in about two weeks, this day was also in good form, and the set composition was the same as the previous 24th & 26th, which was a good performance, and I once again realized that this was the best set on this tour of Japan. So, starting with the powerful opening song "White Room," the venue erupted in excitement with "Sunshine Of Your Love," and then, in the acoustic set, "Tears In Heaven" and "Wonderful Tonight," the audience got a little sentimental, before getting lost in the emotional, weeping guitar of "Old Love." Watching the video like this brings back all those emotions. The encore, which remained unchanged until the final day, was "Before You Accuse Me," which included the "Hideaway" that had previously been sandwiched in between, and a phrase from "Sweet Home Chicago" at the end, perfectly recreating a performance worthy of the final.
