"LIVE TOGETHER" captures the entire performance of Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck at Saitama Super Arena in 2009. I'm sure many customers were surprised by the clear and balanced sound of this box set, which faithfully reproduces the looming dynamism and expansive stereo feel. In fact, the person who recorded the master of “LIVE TOGETHER” also recorded the Nippon Budokan performance on February 15th, which was the first day of Clapton’s solo Japan tour in the same year, with the same level of high sound quality! Plus, I had a front row seat to the arena. And this edition is an original title created by taking over the first generation master! At that time, multiple titles of this day were released from various audience sources, but it can be asserted that this edition is the best master worthy of release. The sound quality is truly the pinnacle of modern audience recording. Moreover, there are no problems such as tape changes or song cuts during recording. Moreover, the audience noise is small (there is noise from 4:55 to 5:25 of Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad, but this is due to the PA in the venue.I was able to capture this much because I was in the front row) *By the way, the same noise can be heard in the same place in the title "BUDOKAN FIRST NIGHT 2009" by a different master.) It is a reliable quality that anyone can enjoy. And the reason why it is recommended is the splendor of Clapton's outstanding performance, which has been burning from the first day. The backing was made up of musicians who can be said to be the best members of all time. The second guitar player is Doyle Bramhall II, who is now recognized as a right-hand man, and the bass player is Willie Weeks, a skilled bassist who once supported Donny Hathaway's live album, and who has played on stage with Paul McCartney and Sting. People like Abe Labourial Jr., the drummer who has kept him at Dimension, and Chris Stinton, Clapton's ally since 1979. Abe's bottom and sharp drumming are especially impressive. Last time, in 2006, Clapton left the slide play to Derek Trucks and handed over the solo to Doyle to balance the stage, but this time, from the opening Tell The Truth to Key To The Highway. Start the engine gradually until Hoochie Coochie Man and reach full throttle all at once. It's as if a Ferrari had been rolling on a public road within the speed limit, then entered the racetrack and suddenly sped up to full speed. and Isn't It A Pity, a tribute to George Harrison. It was a tour that had special meaning to include this song in the set. After letting it cool down, it hits again with the Dominos number Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad. In the middle is an acoustic set full of country blues, and the second half is a combination of representative songs and blues. They confidently completed the first day's stage without cutting any corners until the encore Crossroads. After this, it is a must-listen stage that was a wonderful start for Clapton, who also had the historical moment of joint with Beck. Please enjoy this edition, which includes the best master released for the first time. Live at Budokan, Tokyo, Japan 15th February 2009 TRULY PERFECT SOUND(from Original Masters) Disc 1 (42:52) 1.
