Eric Clapton, who showed off his energetic appearance on stage at a summer event in London's Hyde Park in July, held a concert in New York this month. There is no doubt that fans are applauding Clapton, who continues to be active even though he is hinting at retirement. We have decided to release this week in order to deliver the latest Clapton earlier than anywhere else. Moreover, it is a high quality release that includes both audio and visual. First of all, let's review Clapton's activity history this year. ・January 8, 2018: Appeared at friend artist Paul Jones' charity concert (performed 3 songs) ・January 23, 2018: Performed full stage at a private event in Paris, France ・2018 May 26: Performed at a festival in Greenwich, CT, USA - July 2, 2018: Cologne, Germany - July 3, 2018: Hamburg, Germany - July 8, 2018: United Kingdom, Appeared at a festival in Hyde Park, London - August 18, 2018: Appeared with Jimmie Vaughan's band at a charity concert for a cancer center held in Columbus, USA (performed on 3 songs)・September 29, 2018: Private concert in Chicago (short set) ・October 6, 2018: New York, Madison Square Garden performance ・October 7, 2018: New York, Madison Square Garden The situation was a performance [this work]. Although they have not held any large-scale tours, their activities can be described as highly active live musicians. Since he was on stage constantly throughout most of the year, it was only natural that his skills hadn't slowed down even during the July performance. And, of course, this October performance proved that. This edition is a 3-disc set of 2CDR + DVDR, which includes a good stereo audience recording of the MSG final performance that just took place this month, and includes footage of almost the entire stage of the performance. The audio disc was quickly uploaded to the internet by a person called Mr. Railing, and looking at the comments attached, it seems that even though he was used to recording with an advanced taper, he had to connect it as an alternative due to a battery malfunction. Apparently, the sound was distorted in the low range (especially the bass drum sound), and I stopped the recorder at 0:13 of Key to the Highway, resulting in a 5-second cutout. , I thought to myself. However, the overall sound quality is very good, so we used the skills of our engineers to repair the broken parts without any discomfort, and we forcibly increased the sound pressure at around 9:09 in I Shot the Sheriff, and in White Room. There were some parts where the sound pressure was forcibly lowered at 0:18, so I also corrected those to the original sound pressure state. Furthermore, through remastering work unique to our store, we were able to successfully reduce the biggest drawback of the recording, which was ``distortion in the bass range.'' The quality is much easier to listen to than it is on the internet. As for the video, as a result, Hoochie Coochie Man and Little Queen of Spades are not recorded, but we have compiled and edited the best videos of each song from the Internet, and created a version that can be seen almost through the full concert. I made it up. The angle is mainly a shot from the front row of the first floor stand, almost from the front, and a combination of shots from 30 degrees left of the second floor stand, and the close-up captures Clapton with a knee-up, and there are almost no obstacles in front of him, and there is almost no camera shake. Clear image quality. As with last year's MSG performance, the encore includes opening acts Jimmie Vaughan and Gary Clark Jr., and the four guitarists giving their solos, as well as the final greeting from all members. The audio is also very clear. Not only is it of excellent quality so you can watch it stress-free because there are no troubles, but we are proud to say that we are the only ones who have been able to seamlessly connect these pieces to create a single work. Clapton has been tweaking the set list a bit since July at Hyde Park, and replaced Lay Down Sally and The Core with I Shot The Sheriff and White Room. In both songs, the guitar really "sings" in the solo at the end. Especially in the former, you can hear the fast passage structure typical of Clapton, showing that Clapton is still alive and well. Throughout the entire story, there is no feeling of sluggishness or mistones. It must have been going very well. Riding on this momentum, Clapton has booked four performances in Eastern Europe as early as next June. I'm sure you'll continue to enjoy watching him play. A set that allows you to enjoy the final performance of the second day of MSG in high quality both audio and visual will be released less than two weeks after the performance! Please fully enjoy the latest stage of living legend Eric Clapton on this board. Live at Madison Square Garden, New York, NY, USA 7th October 2018 TRULY AMAZING/PERFECT SOUND Disc 1 (51:25) 1.
