This year also saw Clapton tour with Jeff Beck and Steve Winwood, as well as hosting the Crossroads Guitar Festival and embarking on a solo tour. Clapton was the only guitarist on this solo tour, a key point. Another interesting arrangement is the medley-style connection between the opening track "Going Down Slow," unique to this tour, and the next track, "Key To The Highway."
