The highlight of the 2024 Euro Tour, the familiar Royal Albert Hall in London, the first day of the May 20th performance, was recorded in full for 1 hour and 33 minutes with high-quality audience footage with multi-camera specifications. This is a super close-up shot from the 1F stand seats on the right side of the stage as the main angle, and shots from the opposite side stand seats, close-ups, and even shots from the back stand seats at the back of the stage are multi-shot using the latest equipment and professional shot specifications, and the various angles are switched with stunning switching, the editing is perfect, and the sound parts are also balanced from the sound sources from the different images to reproduce the entire live without any discomfort. Full recording with high-quality audience shots. And the charm of this tour is that the set list has been significantly changed from the previous year, and many rare numbers have been set in from the newly written new songs, which is a delight for fans of Clapton, who has not changed his set list much in recent years. And it was great to see him looking healthy even at the age of 79. And since he was playing at his home ground, the Royal Albert Hall, he played well from start to finish, his vocals were on point, and the set started with an instrumental number called "Blue Dust," which was also a hot topic at the Liverpool concert. Incidentally, this song was dedicated to Beck, who passed away the previous year, and is a variation of "Blue Rainbow," which he first performed at his Japan concert in April of the same year. Starting with a song that had not even been recorded yet, Clapton's enthusiasm was also felt. Then, before the third song, "Hoochie Coochie Man," he announced that John McLaughlin was attending the concert and called for applause. And the last new song of the first half of the electric set, "Prayer of a Child," was a new version of the instrumental song "Voice of a Child," which was played at the venue during the charity concert for Gaza the previous year, with new lyrics added. After that, they went back to the electric set with an acoustic interlude, and on the first day they played "Presence of the Lord", and as a special performance, Lyle Mays' "Close to Home" was played by Nathan East as a prologue before "Cocaine". In any case, the whole show is full of highlights, making it a must-see item for fans. Live at Royal Albert Hall, London, UK 20th May 2024 : Multicam / COLOUR NTSC Approx.93min 1. Blue Dust 2.
