This is the shocking first appearance of Eric Clapton's sound source, which has never been released before. This is a complete stereo audience recording of the Manchester performance on August 6th from the "No Reason to Cry UK Tour" in August 1976, and was recorded by a British resident at the time. This time, I exclusively obtained the first generation master. This was recorded with a common recorder at the time, and the hiss was so intense that the person who recorded it did not want to release it, so it was kept secret for 36 years. However, this time, through our label's own advanced mastering, we have reduced the hiss noise to the limit that does not affect the sound quality and adjusted the sound balance. The result is a powerful stereo sound image that is clear and easy to listen to, although some hiss still remains. There's a reason why the Beano label wanted to release this master no matter what. Not only because it is the first sound source, but also because the stage on this day is full of things to listen to. After all, the biggest topic is that Van Morrison, a famous singer from Ireland, jumped in in the middle of the stage and co-starred with Clapton on three songs. Around this time, Clapton was reported to have participated in Morrison's album session, and although the album remains unreleased to date, it is thought that it was a time when the two were closely interacting. Clapton playing Morrison's repertoire is very rare, and this collaboration can only be heard with this sound source. At the end of the collaboration, Clapton ends in a friendly manner with the familiar number Kansas City. Also, Nobody Knows You When You're Down And Out was played electric by Clapton, faithful to Derek and the Dominos' version, rather than as a Marcy Levy featured number on a later tour. Also worth noting. I would like you to listen to the glossy play with good sustain and the vocals full of sadness. At the end of the song, you can hear plenty of blues again with Stormy Monday. From the beginning until around 30 seconds, the input level is adjusted and the input seems to be excessive, but after that it settles down to a level that is easy to listen to. Also, in the original master, there was a sound cutout due to a tape change at Layla's 4:12 point, but it was connected without any discomfort. The two performed together at the Birmingham performance the day before, but the sound source of this day has not yet been discovered. This is the first sound source in existence where you can hear the only collaboration with Van Morrison.
