Previously, we released footage from the 1994 documentary film "Nothin' But the Blues" about Eric Clapton, directed by Martin Scorsese. After that, through our own network, we obtained a VHS tape containing unedited live footage with time code shot for the film from the people involved in the film! This includes multi-angle shots of the genuine live scene at the club "The Fillmore" and Clapton's introduction MC for each song, which was cut from the official planned version. This is a secret video that only those involved could see! And surprisingly, the sound of the film's broadcast footage was mono, but the sound of this disc is recorded in stereo. There was also a blank between the songs, but this was recorded as it was because it was a secret unedited tape only for those involved, and we thought it would be more realistic. Those who have seen the finished version of the film will understand the theme that Scorsese wanted to appeal to through the material of Clapton, but for Clapton fans, it must have been a wish that there was no multi-angle pro-shot footage of the genuine blues tour without any cuts. This board will fulfill that request. What is most pleasing is that, as you can see from the track list, it contains five songs that were ultimately cut from the film. Driftin' is a valuable video that clearly captures the way Clapton and the band gradually burn up as they are played electric and modulated. In addition, it is also worth mentioning that the intro was cut and Ain't Nobody's Business, which had a short edit in the song, was completely recorded. Of course, the numbers included in the film are also uncut and unedited versions. On the other hand, the four songs included in the film, Early In The Morning, Five Long Years, Everyday I Have The Blues, and Groanin' The Blues, were not included in the master of this board. Considering this, it is speculated that this treasured tape was a candidate presented by the people involved in the process of finalizing the songs to be included in the film before the editing work for the film. There is no doubt that this is a very valuable leaked video. Although the song order does not necessarily conform to the actual concert, it is recorded as a master as a testament to the authenticity of this master, which was filmed and stocked before the film was edited. In any case, this is the first time that the raw material of the film has seen the light of day with a multi-camera pro shot. We decided to release this because we wanted to share this shock with fans who love Clapton's blues.
