This is the release of a rare sound source that adds color to “Eric Clapton Week”! Of course, the master is an original excavation master that our shop independently obtained this time and has been completely unreleased until now. The content is a full recording of Clapton's double bill performance with Elton John at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles on August 30, 1992, along with Elton's set. Regarding Clapton's sound source on this day, there was an Italian press audience title "BIG BLUE", but it is a completely different master from that. To be frank, the sound quality is superior to the previously released version due to its soundboard-like texture, and there is a tape change at 4:49 in Tears In Heaven, but this version has a "realistic feel". It surpasses the previously released version and accurately captures the mood of stadium live. It is probably because the PA system was better, but the musical tones are well captured and the drum sounds are well included, so it can be said that it is a high quality sound source that is easy to listen to even though there is a lot of audience noise. Moreover, it is a spacious and clear stereo audience recording. And what Elton fans cannot overlook is that the stage of this day is completely recorded. There is a missing part at the end of Simple Life and the beginning of The One, and there is a tape change at 3:52 of The Bitch Is Back, but the sound quality is the same as Clapton's set (same recording person with the same equipment), so it is better to play at a stadium concert. You can fully enjoy the sense of reality. Furthermore, this disc actually contains gem takes that fans of the two artists will not be able to resist! In the middle of Elton's set, when the collaboration number Runaway Train with Clapton, who participated in friendship with Elton's album "THE ONE" at this time, was played, Clapton jumped in. Here you can listen to the two's duet vocals and Clapton's flowing solo in line with the album version. This take has never been released so far, so it can be said to be one of the few very valuable co-starring takes. On top of that, there is also the topic of Elton's Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me featuring George Michael, who was friends with Elton. You can listen to Michael's relaxed vocals and Elton's duet. You can fully enjoy Clapton and Elton's full concert, and you can also listen to the two perform together. Guests also jumped in.
