A 73-minute upgraded version of the live TV broadcast at Korakuen Stadium in Tokyo on July 22, 1972. At that time, it was broadcast live on commercial television, and all two takes were broadcast again in the middle of the night on the same day, including the unaired parts. The opening caption, ``40,000 People Gathering at Korakuen Stadium,'' gives you a sense of the times, and even now, the quality is amazing for a live rock concert broadcast in Japan in 1972. I am once again amazed by the sense and skill of the staff involved in broadcasting at that time. Since the video is used as the master, there may be some wobbling or tracking noise during the recording, but both the image quality and audio are excellent. At the beginning, the late Mr. Goro Itoi's announcement, "Well, please wait! Emerson, Lake & Palmer" is also included. At the beginning, the screaming, ``Right now, we (Yagi-chan and Nicky) are at Korakuen, and something amazing is happening at Korakuen Stadium!'' and the out-of-tune Moog sound have a great impact. Since it was a live broadcast, the title of Tarkus' originally prepared subtitle song did not match the actual development at all. At the beginning of the opening Hoedown, Moog is completely out of tune, but the performance is overall great, with the trio's rock-star looks and actions, and a worldly atmosphere that looks just like the main characters of a manga. It was so cool that you couldn't believe it was a real person, and it must have been a huge shock to people in the Kanto region who watched this broadcast live at the time. In the middle of the Battlefield song, Greg sings ``Confusion!'' and a line from Epitaph, and after a moment, the audience roars, which is quite realistic and moving. In the middle of Piano Improvisation, there will be a ``Rock Explosion Special''.After this, from 11:35 to 1:00 am, we will broadcast a live recording of Free and EL&P entitled ``Two Great Rocks: Midsummer Clash.'' ” is played. In the middle of ``Pictures at an Exhibition,'' the end caption is played, and a handwritten picture of a clock appears, saying ``NOW 7:55'' and ``Continuing at 10:35''. In Rondo, you can see a powerful drum solo in which young Karl adds a bell string to his mouth, and immediately afterward Emerson suddenly appears with a Japanese sword and stabs Hammond with it. An interview scene is also included at the end. It can be said to be the best sample video of the era when rock was truly rock. This is a must-see for all 70's Western music fans, allowing you to realistically experience the mood of the time. Now available with a new jacket and original menu.
