The music album "THE KILLING MOON IN TOKYO" (hereafter referred to as CD) has such a beautiful sound. If there is one thing missing from such a superb sound world, it would be "scenery". So, we present a representative professional shot from 1984 that adds a rich "scenery" to the mellow music. This work was shot on "May 12, 1984". It is a multi-camera professional shot of a live performance in their hometown Liverpool. In 1984, they came to Japan twice, sandwiching the release of "OCEAN RAIN", but this work is in between. It is a live performance one week after the release of the new work. The biggest point above all is the outstanding quality. Although the screen is a little dark, the master freshness is amazingly wonderful, and the image quality is beautiful with no dubbing marks, aging deterioration, or even a single line noise. Of course, the master freshness is also reflected in the sound. I'd say it's two steps behind the superb CD, but that's just because the main part is abnormal, and this is what a "1984 broadcast" is usually like. If the phrase "for 32 years ago" is allowed, then the quality should be called "excellent." The "scene" depicted with that quality is wonderful. Just like the CD, the show goes on without any MC, but combined with the film-like feel of the screen, the scent of the era is thickly wafting. Smoke is lit on the stage where only the members and their instruments stand, and colorful lights reveal the silhouettes of the members. It's a very simple composition, but it gives off a fashionable 80s vibe and increases the concentration on the "music." The dark auditorium doesn't convey the expressions of the audience, but that's why it syncs up with the memories of their first visit to Japan. What's more, the set list is also great. The CD was edited for the broadcast slot, which was just over half of the show. Many of the famous songs were cut. Although this work is not a full show, you can listen to seven songs that are not duplicated. In particular, repertoires such as "Heads Will Roll", "Silver", "Villiers Terrace", "Heaven Up Here" and "Ocean Rain" were songs that were also performed at the Nakano Sun Plaza performance on CD, and they respond to the feeling that "that song should have been done too". This is a great rock video masterpiece on its own, but it also allows you to experience the "scenery" that would have spread beyond the amazing beautiful sound of the CD. This is a masterpiece pro shot that further enriches the "music" of the CD and also gives you a taste of the masterpieces that are not included in the main part.
