As a tribute to Maurice White, a core member of the band who passed away on February 3, 2015, all live footage from his heyday in the 70's is presented in master quality, professional shot footage. compile. First of all, disc:1 includes the Nippon Budokan on March 28th, which was the last day of three consecutive Budokan performances, from the 1979 Japan tour, which was the first visit to Japan at the height of Earth Fever due to the huge disco boom. Contains a digest of the performance. Their first best album was just released, and "September" from it had been a hit since the fall of the previous year, so the timing was perfect for their performance in Japan, and they incorporated Baden White's flying productions and magic using pyramids. The theatrical stage is also perfect. In addition to such gimmicks and flashy show-ups, the storm of extremely powerful funk beats produced by a band with outstanding performance skills is a masterpiece. Furthermore, in the second half, the Nippon Budokan performance on June 2nd, the first day of the 1988 performance in Japan, is recorded from the TV on-air master at the time. This is the time when the members resumed their activities after the release of ``Touch the World'' after continuing their solo activities, and it is a total of 120 minutes, including many of the same album numbers as well as representative numbers from the past. Disc: 2 includes a complete 2-hour recording of their live performance in Germany on March 10, 1979, just before their first visit to Japan, from the familiar Rockpalast on Air footage. Just like the Japan tour, the only disco tune was the encore "September", even though the monster album "I Am" had just been released, the magical show production had not yet been set up, and the costumes and stage were still simple. Made well. However, the performance is tight and funky, and Philip Bailey's falsetto and dance moves are in great condition. And since the tour that follows will move on to a gorgeous magic show, this is a must-see full live performance from a precious time when Earth was still a solid funkness band.
