The 2017 Japan tour, their first solo tour in 16 years, kicked off in Kanazawa on April 24th and will continue for a total of four shows until Osaka on April 28th. The highlight of the tour, the Nippon Budokan performance on the 26th, is here in the best quality video title. The Blu-ray and DVD (same content) (BD + DVD) are coupled with original audience footage shot from the front of the 2nd floor seats. The Blu-ray in particular takes advantage of its large capacity, and is of the same quality as the original HD camera material. Moreover, the camera was shot in a good environment with no obstacles, and the angles are stable throughout the entire film, and close shots of the members are also woven in at key points, making it a stress-free item. The opening includes "Jesus Is Just Alright," "Rockin' Down the Highway," and "Take Me in Your Arms," and includes some numbers from after the band's restart, such as "World Gone Crazy" and "The Doctor," as well as "Takin' It to the Streets" from the Michael McDonald era, but the rest of the set is a golden list that can be called the best of the 70s.
