DOKKEN released “BACK FOR THE ATTACK” in 1987 and shone most dazzlingly at the end of their golden era. Introducing the ultimate video set that allows you to experience the intense flames just before they burn out. There are two performances included in this work. The superb view audience shot of "November 3, 1987 New Haven performance" is on disc 1, and the standard multi-camera professional shot of "November 10 Philadelphia performance" one week later is on disc 2. It is a set of discs. Speaking of the “BACK FOR THE ATTACK Tour,” the Japan performance that was included in the official work “BEAST FROM THE EAST” is memorable. Here, let’s check the show position from the entire world tour view. 1987・October 11th-31st: North America #1 (11 performances)《“BACK FOR THE ATTACK” released on November 2nd》・November 2nd-December 6th: North America #2 (25 performances)← ★Coco★ 1988, January 16th - February 28th: North America #3 (30 performances), March 7th - April 13th: Europe (27 performances), April 20th - 30th: Japan ( 8 performances) ・May 27th - July 30th: North America #4 (29 performances) This is DOKKEN in 1987/1988. It was a "golden era tour" that boasted a total of 141 performances, the highest number of performances in their career. Among them, the two performances of this work were the “North America #2” leg, which was the opening act of AEROSMITH, which was held immediately after the album was released. The New Haven performance was the second concert, and the Philadelphia performance was the eighth concert. The show is recent, but there are professional shots of people and audience seats. The views are quite different, so let's introduce them individually. [DISC 1: Spectacular audience view of the New Haven performance] First up is the audience video that will appear for the first time. After all, the view is spectacular. I was looking down from the second-floor stand seats on the right side of the stage (George Lynch side), but there was no obstruction at all, perhaps because the audience seats were at such a steep angle. Only the stage occupies your field of view, and you can see as much as you want from end to end. What's more, there are no signs of hiding the camera, and there are plenty of bold zoom-ups. Although it doesn't seem like I'm using a tripod, it still feels very stable. What is even more surprising is the master freshness that conveys the design of the shooting. This is already super vivid and super real. There are no traces of dubbing in the colors and details, which are clearly digitized from the original master. It's exactly as it was back then... no, it's as realistic as if you were watching the show with your own eyes right now. While fully inhaling the experience of being an audience member, you will be captivated by the beauty of the visuals, which is on a different level from the usual audience seating shots. And what is depicted with such visual beauty is DOKKEN in its rich and intense prime. Here, let’s organize the set in conjunction with the Philadelphia performance described later. First half of the show: Tooth and Nail: Just Got Lucky/Into The Fire/Alone Again ・Back for the Attack: Kiss Of Death/Burning Like A Flame (★) Second half of the show: Under Rock and Key: It's Not Love/In My Dreams/Unchain the Night (DISC 1 only)/Lightnin' Strikes Again (★) *Note: Songs marked with a "★" cannot be heard on "BEAST FROM THE EAST." ...and it looks like this. While condensing and reducing three special albums, the colors are changed between the first and second half of the show. In the first half, they played songs from the ``BACK FOR THE ATTACK'' and ``TOOTH AND NAIL'' albums, and in the second half, they turned around and hit the number ``UNDER LOCK AND KEY.'' It may just be a coincidence, but it is a composition that allows you to feel the flow of the show with a beautiful album image. [DISC 2: A classic pro shot from the Philadelphia performance] Following this new video, DISC 2 is an exquisite multi-camera pro shot that can be said to be a symbol of the golden age of DOKKEN. It is a video that has been known as a classic and has been released many times since ancient times, but this work is the highest peak master that is also familiar with bonus titles etc. Above all, the freshness is outstanding, and the gorgeously smooth visual beauty is completely official quality. Even by modern digital standards, it is at a level that can be officially released right now. In comparison, the sound is a little rough and has a direct connection to the table, but it doubles the awesomeness of the golden age DOKKEN. Best of all is George Lynch's razor guitar. The new work at that time, “BACK FOR THE ATTACK”, had a tremendous guitar sound that was on the verge of going overboard, but even on stage, the fierce and sharp edges were sharp and sharp. At that time, otherworldly guitarists such as Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai were appearing, but even so, the ferocious sound that was competing as the greatest guitar hero of our time was imprinted directly on the brain. Furthermore, a bonus PV will be included after the main live performance. A total of four songs: "Burning Like A Flame", "Heaven Sent", "Dream Warriors" from "BACK FOR THE ATTACK", and "Walk Away" from "BEAST FROM THE EAST". Both are a collection of clips that cannot be seen in the official video work "UNCHAIN THE NIGHT". DISC 1 allows you to experience the scene from special seats with a superb view, and DISC 2 offers official professional shots. This is a luxurious set that allows you to witness the “BACK FOR THE ATTACK Tour” with two contrasting yet ultimate images.
