DIO in 2005 embarked on a tour to recreate their masterpiece "HOLY DIVER". Here is a superb recording that lets you experience the scene in real life. This work is recorded from the "Eindhoven performance on October 6, 2005". This is the superb audience recording. Speaking of the 1st album reproduction tour, there was a change of guitarist on the way, with Doug Aldrich participating in the official work "HOLY DIVER LIVE" and Craig Goldie participating in the SBD + AUD video "HOLY DIVER LIVE: RUSSIA 2005". So which one is this work? In order to organize that, let's first take a look at the overall overview of their activities at that time. 2004 July 16th - August 28th: Regular MOM#1 (27 shows) {September 7th: Release of "Master of the Moon"} September 29th - November 13th: Regular MOM#2 (25 shows) 2005 February 26th - September 7th: Regular MOM#3 (19 shows) * September 9th - October 3rd: 1st Reenactment#1 (16 shows) ←※ RUSSIA 2005 {Craig injured - replaced by Doug} * October 6th - 29th: 1st Reenactment#2 (16 shows) ←★Here★ {Doug leaves - Craig returns} December 2nd - 10th: Regular MOM#4 (8 shows) 2006 May 27th - December 31st: Regular MOM#5 (27 shows) {DIO on hiatus / HEAVEN & HELL starts. This is DIO from 2004 to 2005. It basically corresponds to the “MASTER OF THE MOON Tour”, but the “September-October 2005 European Tour” is different. Titled “AN EVENING WITH DIO”, a complete reproduction tour of “HOLY DIVER” was realized. However, about a month after the start of the tour, Craig was injured. Doug was called in at short notice to complete the remaining dates. And the official filming took place in the second half after Doug was replaced. Despite being the longest-serving guitarist, Craig unfortunately missed the chance to leave an official video work. In the midst of all this, the Eindhoven performance of this work was “Reproduction #2” after Doug was replaced. It was the concert on the first day. The official “HOLY DIVER LIVE” was filmed on “October 22”, but this work was also 16 days before that (12 performances before). This work, which vacuum-packed the first day’s scene, is an eye-opening, extremely thick recording. It is a master provided by an overseas researcher, but the core is on, there is no sense of distance, and the details are super clear. It is a type that goes like a so-called "sound board", and I think that it is the latest recording of Mr. "West Japan's strongest taper". I tried playing the official "HOLY DIVER LIVE" on shuffle, but although I didn't get lost because of the difference in tone, I was surprised that it was not inferior at all. Such an official-class sound is actually a full show that exceeds the official. First of all, let's compare the sets. Flame of Passion: Holy Diver (all songs)・Stand Up and Shout/Holy Diver/Gypsy/Caught in the Middle/Don't Talk to Strangers/Straight Through the Heart/Invisible/Rainbow in the Dark/Shame on the Night Others (9 songs)・Last in Line: One Night in the City/The Last in Line (★)/We Rock・Rainbow: Tarot Woman/Gates of Babylon/Man on the Silver Mountain/Long Live Rock 'n' Roll・Black Sabbath: The Sign of the Southern Cross/Heaven and Hell *Note: The "★" mark indicates songs that could not be heard on the official "HOLY DIVER LIVE". ...And so it goes like this. The CD version of the official "HOLY DIVER LIVE" changed the flow of the show, but this work follows the official DVD version, with the flow of "3 songs → all 1st songs → 6 songs" as in the actual performance. And in the encore part after the reproduction, they also play "The Last in Line", which was not in the official work. Of course, "The Last in Line" is a classic and not unusual. It is not the set that makes this work "beyond the official" but the performance. Officially, the main character Ronnie was clearly out of order, and it was a weak and raspy voice that I had never heard before. At the time, I was despairing, thinking "Is Ronnie not going to beat his age?", but I was surprised that this work 16 days ago was completely problem-free. As usual, he sings all the songs of "HOLY DIVER" with a powerful and lustrous singing voice. It may have been out of tune just before the official filming, but Craig was not the only one who was unlucky. You can enjoy a complete reproduction of the masterpiece "HOLY DIVER" with Ronnie's original lustrous singing voice. Moreover, it is an official class superb sound. It is a masterpiece that exceeds the official one that you should definitely touch, especially for those who despise it because it is an audience recording. A superb audience recording of the "Eindhoven performance on October 6, 2005". At a different performance 16 days before the official "HOLY DIVER LIVE", the master provided by an overseas researcher has a shocking quality that is not inferior to the official sound board. Ronnie, who was in a terrible condition in the official work, also resonates with his original lustrous singing voice, completely reproducing the masterpiece "HOLY DIVER". It is a masterpiece that goes beyond the official one. It is an unprecedented ultra-high sound quality.
