The 1985 American tour in which the reunited DEEP PURPLE performed "PERFECT STRANGER" started with a performance in Odessa, Texas on January 18th. It was a large-scale event that lasted about three months until the performance in Seattle, Washington on April 9th. This "PERFECT STRANGERS" tour is said by fans to be the live show from "the best era of DEEP PURPLE's reunion," but Richie's motivation was truly fulfilling until the first half of the tour. Sho. Some enthusiasts say that it was good until "the first half of the American tour" and that it started to decline after that. This time, "PERFECT COW PALACE" will entertain you with the excellent sound and overwhelming sense of presence of the live performance at that time. However, PURPLE fans/Richie maniacs would like to listen to all of the live recordings from the beginning of the 1985 tour, which were “fulfilling in the truest sense”, if possible. This work ``PERFECT HOUSTON SUMMIT'' is a book that responds to the feelings of such fans. This sound source is known to be an existing sound source, but this work uses a higher quality master directly. In contrast to the previous release, which had a high pitch, this work is recorded with a normal pitch and a more natural and easy-to-listen sound. From the live opening "Highway Star", "Nobody's Home" and "Strange Kind Of Woman", you can enjoy the live performance with a brightness and balance that can definitely be said to be excellent as an audience recording about 30 years ago. ``Gypsy's Kiss'' and ``Under The Gun'' are plays that make sense as ``this period was the best'' for the reunion of PURPLE. Richie's guitar full of motivation, Gillan's performance bursting with wildness, and John and Pace's play are also amazing. The playability of the members as they rampage across the stage will delight fans and say, ``This is DEEP PURPLE!'' On the other hand, the "umami" that can be heard in "Perfect Strangers", "Lazy", and "Difficult To Cure" is a point unique to the reunion, which is different from the second season. In particular, "Knocking At Your Back Door", which is packed with hardness and flavor, has a different charm than the same song released after 1987. ``Space Truckin''', which concludes the main part of the set, ``Woman From Tokyo'' and ``Speed King'', which filled the venue with a fun atmosphere, were also worth listening to. At the end of the encore, the promised “Smoke On The Water” explodes with a final blow, closing the live in an enthusiastic festival.
