An unexpected upgrade master has appeared on the only recording that conveys "Anyone's Daughter in the 70s"! An urgent release has been decided for one that allows you to experience the miraculous scene at its finest! This work was recorded at the "Birmingham Performance on June 24, 1971." It is a recording of that legendary audience. Speaking of "Birmingham 1971," the famous album "BIRMINGHAM 1971" is still fresh in our memory, but it was actually a completely different day and performance. In order to avoid misunderstandings, let's first check the relative positions of each from the overview of their activities at the time.・January 1st + 2nd: Netherlands (2 shows) ・January 29th - February 9th: UK #1 (8 shows) {February 12th: Single "Strange Kind of Woman" released} ・February 12th - March 8th: UK #2 (13 shows) ← *The classic album "BIRMINGHAM 1971" ・April 7th - June 25th: Europe #1 (29 shows) ←★Click here★ {July 9th: "FIREBALL" released} ・July 2nd - August 12th: North America #1 (25 shows) ・September 4th - October 11th: Europe #2 (15 shows) ・October 22nd - 24th: North America #2 (3 shows) {Tour suspended due to Guillain's hepatitis → "MACHINE HEAD" produced in December} The only remaining Anyone's Daughter from the 1970s This is DEEP PURPLE from 1971. While the classic "BIRMINGHAM 1971" was recorded on the release day of the single "Strange Kind of Woman," this recording captures their European #1 performance, approximately four months later. This leg primarily focused on Central Europe, with key UK stops along the way, marking the 28th performance. This show is best known for featuring "Anyone's Daughter." While it made waves when they resurrected it on the 1993 "THE BATTLE RAGES ON Tour," it was the only performance of this song in the 1970s (although some say it was also performed on TV, but only one live recording is available). This release is a new masterpiece, showcasing the enhanced sonic evidence. The 2025 transfer, restored to high resolution, is the latest 2025 transfer, recently released. Directly digitized from analog cassette, the sound is truly the best ever. We've previously introduced the original masters on gift discs, but this release offers even more detail. The rounded details remain crisp, and the edges are sharp. Of course, the edges aren't digitally processed, so the vibe is incredibly natural and detailed. You can hear every nuance of Ian Gillan's vocals and Ritchie Blackmore's phrasing. The recording itself remains unchanged, so this is a vintage audience recording. The recording conditions, with multiple cuts, are also the same. But that's not a problem. Enjoy the only recording of "Anyone's Daughter from the '70s" uncut, with the highest quality sound. That's all there is to it. This is a live performance of a classic song, punctuated by the band's improvisational potential and youthful vocals. This is a legendary audience recording of the "June 24, 1971 Birmingham concert," the only performance of "Anyone's Daughter" in the '70s. This newly released 2025 transfer clearly preserves the details that were rounded off in the previous master, while sharpening the edges. Enjoy the 70s Anyone's Daughter with its incredibly detailed and natural sound. Kinetic Circus, Birmingham, UK 24th June 1971 UPGRADE!!! (40:22) 1. Speed King 2. Strange Kind Of Woman 3.
