A live album from the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Al-Qe-Snan Royal Salt Works" has arrived. The European leg of “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR” has become a treasure trove of unprecedented sound sources, and just the other day we introduced “JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016” and “WIESBADEN 2016”, and it is the birth of another wonderful recording. This work is an audience album of "July 23, 2016 Al-Ke-Sunan Performance". The European leg started in June, and the density only increases as the latter stages progress. First, let's take a look at the schedule to see how close it is to recent works. ・July 14th Stuttgart performance "JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016" ・July 16th Chantilly performance ・July 18th Wiesbaden performance "WIESBADEN 2016" ・July 20th Nimes performance ・July 21st Nimes performance ・July 23rd Al-Qe-Snan performance [This work] In this way, it is a show after 5 performances from “JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016” and only 3 performances from the closest “WIESBADEN 2016”. It is an adventure to release such a dense live album one after another, but the sound of this work is so wonderful that it has no choice but to do so. Until now, he has released many masterpieces and masterpieces from “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR”, but he has never flooded the internet with sound sources. At our store, we have delivered carefully selected masters with the best finish under the advice and supervision of a world-class authority on PINK FLOYD research. The master's solid selection has been proven by the previous titles, but this work is also recognized by that authority and is a masterpiece recording that has been remastered by his own hands. In fact, the musical tones are thick and vivid, reaching straight to the end, yet enveloped in an atmosphere that further enriches the fantastical feeling of the masterpiece. And the faint applause that rises amidst the rich sound of the singing voice and guitar that fills your whole body is delicious. This also creates a very unique mood. As I mentioned at the beginning, "Al-Qe-Snan", where the venue was located, is not a concert venue, but a royal salt works, which is also registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR” included several performances at historical buildings, but it was a special world heritage concert among them. What stands out from this work is a unique mood that is different from many live albums. Of course, since it is Gilmore, the on-site PA is perfect, but it is a performance wrapped in the atmosphere of a world heritage site, and a live album that fully inhales the breath of the venue. To be honest, this one-of-a-kind atmosphere is what makes this work so good, but when it comes to the "transparent atmosphere", it's 1/4 step higher than the recent press CDs "JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016" and "WIESBADEN 2016". Not quite. The quality and special personality were a little maniac, so it did not reach press. Not only the sound, but also the set list is slightly different from "JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016" and "WIESBADEN 2016". As I have explained several times, this tour will consist of two parts, and this European leg will consist of 2 types (A/B) in the first part and 4 types (C/D/E/ There are F) patterns, and they are combined to create variety. The characteristics of the pattern are... [Part 1 (SET A/B)] ・SET A: "Us And Them" ・SET B: "The Great Gig In the Sky" [Part 2 (SET C/ D・E・F)】・SET C: “One Of These Days” & “Dancing Right In Front Of Me”・SET D: “One Of These Days” & “Fat Old Sun”・SET E: “Astronomy Domine” & “Fat Old Sun” ・SET F: “Astronomy Domine” & “Dancing Right In Front Of Me” and so on. “JAZZOPEN STUTTGART 2016” and “WIESBADEN 2016” were “SET B+D”, but this work is “SET A+D”. In the first part, “Us And Them” is played instead of “The Great Gig In the Sky”. Although it is a world heritage site that is not an ordinary concert space, it has high quality sound. And, the weight of that history adds even more depth to the sound world of “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR”, making it a gem of a live album. One of the most unique songs in the European leg of famous recordings. Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans, France 23rd July 2016 TRULY PERFECT/ULTIMATE SOUND Disc 1 (71:00) 1. 5 A.M. 2. Ratle That Lock 3.
