The latest live album of “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR” is now available. This week, “HOLLYWOOD BOWL 2016” which returned to the legendary “Hollywood Bowl” will also be released, but this work is an audience album containing the next “March 27, 2016 Inglewood performance”. The North American leg is currently in progress, with a total of 11 performances scheduled, and this is the third performance. And the biggest appeal of this work is the sound. The spectacle of a thick core musical tone spreading with a slight venue reverberation, the clarity of the musical tone that stands out because the reverberation is transparent, and the rich bass... all of these are at the highest level. The musical tone is so beautiful that you might want to say it's "like a soundboard," but even if you say it with the intention of praising it, it may actually be disrespectful to the sound source. This work not only has the on-site feel unique to audience recording, but even the applause that produces it is beautiful. “The Forum”, where the event took place, is an indoor stadium with a capacity of 17,500 people, and the applause and loud cheers spread smoothly throughout the spacious space like a velvet carpet. After a soft melody echoed throughout the venue, applause poured down like sunlight... It is often said that ``a live performance is a collaboration between the band and the audience,'' and this term is used when the enthusiasm of the audience brings out the passion of the performance. Of course, there are such scenes in this work, but even the sound of the applause itself is beautiful. It's as if musical tones and applause are calling out to each other, creating a "musical world" together. Until now, we have delivered representative works in each part of “RATTLE THAT LOCK TOUR”, but this work is the 3rd performance and is the top candidate for “Representative work of the North American leg”. There are only a few performances left at the moment, so I can't guarantee that it will be number one in North America, but it will be quite difficult to surpass this work... In order to get a feel for the quality, let's list an overview of the tour and their representative works so far. ・September 5, 2015: Preview show (1 performance) → Representative work "DEFINTIIVE BRIGHTON 2015" ・September 12, 2015 - September 19, 2015: European tour (5 performances) → Representative work "VERONA 2015" ・September 2015 March 23rd - October 18th: UK performance #1 (6 performances) → Masterpiece "ROYAL ALBERT HALL 2015" December 11th - December 20th, 2015: South America tour (6 performances) → Masterpiece "SANTIAGO 2015"・March 24, 2016 - April 12, 2016: North American tour (11 performances: ongoing) → [This work] ・June 25, 2016 - July 28, 2016: European tour #2 (15 performances) ・2016 September 25th - 30th: UK performance #2 (4 performances) If you have listened to even one of the titles above, you will be able to feel that it is on par with a live album of outstanding quality. Isn't there? Moreover, it competes for the top among these masterpieces, and it also has the flavor unique to the North American leg, where "THE DIVISION BELL"'s "What Do You Want From Me" is also played. It is truly a piece with the style of a masterpiece. There's a reason why it's such a high quality. This week, ``HOLLYWOOD BOWL 2016'', which records Gilmore's return to the legendary venue, will be released, and this masterpiece was carefully mastered after carefully selecting the best recordings by the world authority on FLOYD research. . Actually, the same is true for this work. Of course, from a fan's point of view, in front of the legendary venue "HOLLYWOOD BOWL 2016", Inglewood is a bad place even if it is the next performance. However, it is a sound that world-class maniacs who are fully aware of this can recommend, ``Still, by all means,'' and it is a live album certified by a person who knows FLOYD and Gilmore. Beautiful musical tones and rich applause. These ideally harmonize and create Gilmore's musical world. Although it does not have the weight of “HOLLYWOOD BOWL 2016” backed by history, there is sound and music that more than makes up for it. The ideal audience recording was realized because it was carefully selected and polished by world-renowned enthusiasts. Please enjoy it to your heart's content. Live at the Forum, Inglewood, CA.
