Since Bowie's death in 2016, the Archive Collection series has released precious footage, including overseas TV on-air sources and VHS footage that are not in the current HD standard, all of which have been released in the best quality and professional shots on DVD. The first release is a recording of the September 22nd Berlin, Germany performance from a TV program in the United States and Europe where Bowie appeared to promote "HEATHEN," released in 2002, recorded from the local TV Broadcast: SAT1 on-air footage. During the tour, Bowie was actively promoting the show in various places from June to October, so both audio and video were distributed in various places, but this Berlin performance was hardly distributed until now, and it was broadcast as a special program, so it was actually aired on February 9th of the following year. Although it is not complete at 67 minutes, it was filmed in anticipation of the release of the official video at the time, so fans must listen to it, from the camerawork to the editing, as well as Bowie's performance.
