This work contains the "September 27, 1990 Santiago performance". It is a local TV broadcast pro shot. Unlike the main part, it is a 71-minute excerpt broadcast, but you can still enjoy the "greatest hits seen with your eyes" for 71 minutes. There are also pro shots of the Rio and Buenos Aires performances from this South American tour, but this work has a lot more songs. In particular, the two songs "Panic in Detroit" and "Fashion" are delicious numbers that cannot be seen in other South American pro shots. And the quality is also great. Due to the era, the resolution is also analog sweet, so it cannot be said to be "official class", but the image beauty is unbelievable for South American broadcasting. What is particularly wonderful is the color development. There are some parts that are monochrome, and Bowie's voice is overlapped with the commercial image, which makes you think "?", but that is only a little. Almost the entire work is vivid and clear, and the glossy screen with almost no noise or distortion is exquisite. The camera work is also unique. At first glance, it looks like a normal multi-camera pro shot, but apart from a brief glimpse of drummer Michael Hodges, the footage thoroughly follows Bowie and Adrian Belew. Of course, the highlight of this tour is Bowie and Belew, so it's fine, but it's structured like a trio band. The footage is elaborate, but strangely rough, and typical of South America in the 1990s, with a lot of overlapping and video clip footage from "Fame '90," which also features Louise Lecavalier. And the image of Bowie depicted in such footage is a must-see. He proudly sings a number of his biggest hits while mixing in sexy actions, and howls with passion. Perhaps he liked his first South America, but he was in high spirits and freely controlled the rippling crowd. "SOUND+VISION TOUR 1990", which led a powerful band and excited the world with the ultimate Greatest Hits tour. This is a beautiful multi-camera pro shot of the final stage. Each song brings back various memories, and it's a great album that lets you experience the essence of Bowie's charm all at once.
