The greatest hits tour of the century, "SOUND + VISION". The best soundboard album that lets you experience the very beginning is now available on 2CD. This work includes the "March 6, 1990 Montreal performance". This is a live album that represents the very beginning of the "SOUND + VISION TOUR 1990". This tour was held to seal the hit songs as TIN MACHINE was fully launched. A super luxurious set that played all the hit songs and representative songs in one go, over 7 months, 108 performances in total, excited countries around the world. Although it was a truly ultimate tour, unfortunately it did not become an official live album. However, several superb soundboards were left behind instead. So far, we have delivered "TOKYO DOME 1990" and "MILTON KEYNES BOWL 1990 2ND NIGHT", and this week "ROCK IN CHILE 1990" will also be released at the same time. You can now see the world tour with the best soundboard. First, let's check the position of each album in the overall picture of the tour. ・March 4-15: North America #1 (7 performances) → [This work] ・March 19-April 22: Europe #1 (22 performances) ・April 27-May 9: North America #2 (7 performances) ・May 15 + 16: Japan (2 performances) → "COMPLETE VISION IN DOME" ・May 20-July 29: North America #3 (40 performances) ・August 4-September 16: Europe #2 (24 performances) → "MILTON KEYNES BOWL 1990 2ND NIGHT" ・September 20-29: South America (6 performances) → "ROCK IN CHILE 1990" A total of 108 performances. "COMPLETE VISION IN DOME" is the middle, "MILTON KEYNES BOWL 1990 2ND NIGHT" is the second half, and "ROCK IN CHILE 1990" is the final masterpiece. In contrast, the Montreal performance of this work is "North America # 1" at the beginning of the tour. It is also the very early live album of the second performance. These four works can hold the world tour in total. Such a work is exactly the best stereo sound board. The thickness of the core, the beauty of the sound, the details, the master freshness ... everything is the best. It is truly "official class", and it is a wonderful sound of the masterpiece class even by official standards. However, what is a little different from the official work is the mix. Although the performance and singing voice are extremely thick, it is a direct-connected sound board far from the cheers. The stereo feeling is also super vivid, and for example, the rolled tongue vocals of "Fashion" are panned ferociously. It is a sound board that is so vivid that it is bad for the heart when listening with headphones. The amazing thing about the show depicted by that sound... Of course, since it's "SOUND + VISION", the representative songs and big hits are all in one go. Its luxury is as we have introduced in the masterpieces so far. However, the content is a little different. In terms of the above four-part series, it is close to the "COMPLETE VISION IN DOME" performance in Japan, and "Be My Wife", "Rock 'N' Roll Suicide", and "TVC 15", which have not been performed since "MILTON KEYNES BOWL 1990 2ND NIGHT", are also performed. However, that's not all. In addition, "Golden Years" from "STATION TO STATION" and the singles "Alabama Song" and "John, I'm Only Dancing" are also performed. "Alabama Song" is the first revival in 12 years, and "John, I'm Only Dancing" is the last song on this tour in 15 years. The rarest and most delicious set of the four-part series can be heard on the finest sound board. More than such a set, the performance itself is unique to the very early days. The fresh passion of the start dash is wonderful only for the second performance. The freshness of enjoying new arrangements, the spirit of taking on the world! is oozing from each song. In addition, the local dance group LA LA LA HUMAN STEPS made a special appearance on this day. The group is based in Montreal, and includes Louise Lecavalier, who also co-starred in the video clip of "Fame '90". Video footage was also played at other performances, but in this work it is a live performance. Of course, the vivid dance is not clear to the sound, but Bowie's singing voice is uplifting on a special night. And the enthusiasm of the venue facing such a Greatest Hits + passionate performance is amazing. As mentioned above, the sound board is a type where the cheers are far away, but even if the volume is small, it is clear that it is huge. Although it is not as immersive as it sounds, it is a live album that blows out plenty of heat on the stage. A delicious "SOUND + VISION" with gorgeous hits and a great mood of success. Among them, this live album is a condensed version of the superb sound, exceptional performance, and extremely rare set. This work alone is a masterpiece that is too special, but if you combine it with "COMPLETE VISION IN DOME", "MILTON KEYNES BOWL 1990 2ND NIGHT" and "ROCK IN CHILE 1990", you can enjoy the "SOUND + VISION" that the whole world was crazy about in total. A masterpiece that is inevitable both as a music album and as a collection. Live at Montreal Forum, Montreal, Quebec, Canada 6th March 1990 STEREO SBD Disc 1 (57:02) 1. Space Oddity 2. Changes 3.
