The excavation of sound sources recorded by Barry Goldstein of the new vintage taper introduced by JEMS continues. Among them, this sound source is likely to bring the greatest surprise to enthusiasts around the world. That is the LA Forum on February 11, 1976. The so-called "ISOLAR1" American tour, which was carried out along with the release of the rare masterpiece "STATION TO STATION", has an official sound source called the Nassau Coliseum, but on the other hand, the number of existing sound sources from the entire tour is limited, and while it was a large-scale tour around arenas all over the United States, it was also a period shrouded in mystery. As if to symbolize this situation, even though three performances were held at the LA Forum, only one day on February 9th was excavated, and only the incomplete LP "WISH UPON A STAR" was excavated. However, two years ago, JEMS excavated another sound source on the same day... but this time it was not February 9th, which enthusiasts are familiar with, but the LA Forum on the 11th. It is essential that this recording is of high value even if it is only a different day from the three performances at the same venue, but the quality is also amazing! As a result, the sound is overwhelmingly better than either of the two sound sources on the 9th, and the closeness of Bowie's singing voice is particularly enchanting. Unfortunately, it has already been confirmed by JEMS that Mike Millard did not participate in the "ISOLAR1" tour, and the only decent CD from the 1976 LA Forum was the LP drop of "WISH UPON A STAR". Now that a sound source from the LA Forum performance other than the 9th has finally been excavated, and it was recorded by Barry Goldstein, the quality is already guaranteed. In fact, it is an incomplete version in which several songs at the end of the live performance were not recorded, but if it is a shocking new excavation recording that does not bother you at all, there is no complaint. Rather, it is a completely first-time sound source that you can listen to thickly and carefully on one sheet. And the content is also surprising. The "ISOLAR1" tour tried various changes at the beginning of the tour, reflecting Bowie's overflowing creative desire, and the repertoire that could be said to symbolize this was "Sister Midnight". As you know, it was a Bowie song released by Iggy Pop, but at the beginning of the tour, it was included in the repertoire even though the composer himself had not released it. Until now, it was heard on "THE 1976 TOUR REHEARSAL TAPE" and "SEATTLE 1976", but the discovery of further live takes is extremely valuable. Also, Bowie's self-introduction was usually done in "Changes", but here he has not yet become the character "Thin White Duke" of this tour (lol), and the modest development of him introducing himself as part of the band introduction is also interesting. After all, Bowie's voice is captured nearby, so his calm and timid tone is like that of a different person from the official Nassau Coliseum, which is also a sight unique to the beginning of the tour. Furthermore, Dennis Davis' scat "mouth drum solo" in "Panic In Detroit" is modest, and ends here with a simple drum solo. This is also a completely different scene from the Nassau Coliseum, and if you can enjoy it with a very easy-to-listen-to sound quality, it will be the first appearance of the "ISOLAR1" tour by Goldstein, which will delight enthusiasts. This is a shocking historical excavation that surpasses the previous "LOS ANGELES 1974 FINAL NIGHT"! Please listen carefully. An astonishing first appearance and high-quality sound source
