In 1983, David Bowie was causing a sensation with the blockbuster hits of the movies ``Merry Christmas'' and ``LET'S DANCE.'' Pop star Bowie's performance in Japan, which involved even the living room, is now available as a new excavation master. The band's third performance in Japan was a total of 10 performances, and was a huge success in various places. We have introduced a number of titles in our store. This is a good opportunity, so let's sort things out once and for all. ・October 20th: Nippon Budokan ・October 21st: Nippon Budokan “MOONLIGHT SHADOW” ・October 22nd: Nippon Budokan “THIRD NIGHT AT BUDOKAN” ・October 24th: Nippon Budokan ・October 25th: Yokohama Stadium 『JUNGLE BURNING BRIGHT』・October 26th: Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium ・October 27th: Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium ・October 29th: Nagoya City International Exhibition Center [This work] ・October 30th: Osaka Expo Memorial Stadium "OSAKA 1983 FINAL" NIGHT” ・October 31: Kyoto Prefectural Gymnasium “KYOTO 1983” This is the whole story of “SERIOUS MOONLIGHT JAPAN TOUR 1983”. The event was held under an extremely tight schedule, with all 10 performances taking place in just 12 days. We have delivered various recordings so far, including the press CDs ``KYOTO 1983'' and ``OSAKA 1983 FINAL NIGHT,'' but this work is different from any of them.It is a performance at the ``October 29, 1983: Nagoya City International Exhibition Center.'' This is an audience album. This work is a new master that was recently discovered. Although the existence of recordings of this concert has been known for some time, the ones that have been traded are of a level that is unbearable to listen to. All I could say was that I could kind of understand the atmosphere. However, this new master is on a completely different level! Although it is not the type that can be called "just like a sound board," the musical tones penetrate straight through the transparent atmosphere, and Bowie's singing voice is also a clear and beautiful recording. In addition to such musical sounds, the mood of “1983” is intense. Since he has expanded his horizons as a pop star, there is a chaotic atmosphere swirling around the scene. The mood was chaotic, with a clear division between the female demographic who screamed at the latest hits such as "Let's Dance," and the demographic who delighted in classic songs such as "Life On Mars?" Furthermore, the breathing of the audience was amazing. There was a large influx of people who were not used to concerts, and in ``OSAKA 1983 FINAL NIGHT'', the show was interrupted due to this, but this work takes place the day before that, and we can already feel the signs. It's possible. For example, "Golden Years". The voices of female customers near the taper were clearly recorded saying, ``Come forward!'' ``I couldn't get in!'' ``Why can't I sit down?'' ``I couldn't get in!'' There is. Unlike in OSAKA 1983 FINAL NIGHT, the anger did not spread and spread, so there was no big deal, but there was definitely a spark in Nagoya. A live album where Bowie's singing voice is at its peak, and the show itself shines. On top of that, it is a realistic one, even the breathing of Bowie staring at him. Until now, I had no choice but to listen to the Nagoya performance as if I was peeking into the other side of the bad sound. This is a new excavation that spreads vividly with special quality sound.
