3 versions of David Bowie's final performance with Ziggy Stardust in 1973! ! A 3-disc set that combines the Italian version, US version, and 1987 version, including a collaboration with Jeff Beck! Limited-time expanded version of the popular ZIGGY MEETS BECK '73! DISC? &? DAVID BOWIE - ZIGGY MEETS JEFF BECK '73 Featuring JEFF BECK! JEAN GENIE ~ LOVE ME DO, ROUND & ROUND recorded in color! Original version of Ziggy Stardust live! No overdubbing! 2-disc DVD set of USA BROADCAST VERSION and ITALIAN BROADCAST VERSION (both unedited) Also includes BBC '73 special program with rare live scenes from Watch That Man, Time! The last live performance at Hammersmith Odeon, which was also filmed. As you know, the chorus was dubbed later and the part with Jeff Beck was cut, but the unedited version aired in the USA and partly in ITALY includes the part with Beck, and the sound is mixed with Mick Ronson's guitar in a louder, raw sound. The current remastered sound source is full of dubbing! The wish of core fans who are not satisfied with the current remastered sound source has been realized! The video with the original sound has appeared. In addition, there are beeps (which were regulated) in the part where they sing ♪Suicide~ in Rock'n Roll Suicide (laughs). The current image quality is too contrasty, and the other members and amps are almost completely dark, but this original version is a little brighter and has a very different texture. Of course, the image quality is not as good as the official version, but it can be said that this is a completely different thing. However, it is rare to see BECK riding like this. A must-see performance that makes full use of slides that explode with the Gene Genie and even a talking modulator that was brought in. Moreover, they even play "LOVE ME DO" and "ROUND & ROUND" and even pop out the phrase "Over, Under, Sideways, Down" by the Yardbirds. It's a real shame that it's been shelved. Ziggy Stardust's final performance at Hammersmith Odeon, London, UK on July 3, 1973 was filmed by director D.A. Pennebaker, but the original release version, the TV broadcast version, and the 1980s sales version have not been remastered, and there are many overdubs and significant differences in the mix, so fans still debate it. The 1987 version is included as a bonus. Please compare it with the Italian broadcast version on the first disc and the American ABC TV broadcast version on the second disc.
