Formed by Chris Daughtry, who was in the limelight on American Idol Season 5, the band debuted in 2006, and their first album, Daughtry, reached number one on the US Billboard charts. After that, they continued to work consistently, and in July 2018, they released their first album in five years, CAGE TO RATTLE, and just before that, they came back to Japan for the first time in four years. On July 7th, they performed at the "FUTENMA FLIGHT LINE FAIR" at the U.S. military base in Futenma, Okinawa, and this 78-minute complete recording was made using digital audience recording. First of all, this fair is more of a public event at the U.S. military base than a music festival, and the highlight of the event was this outdoor concert by DAUGHTRY, a melodic rock live performance that evoked the mood of America, including the atmosphere of the venue. They also performed some covers that can only be heard at a live concert, including the US No. 1 hits "It's Not Over," "Home," and "Feels Like Tonight."
