On August 1, 1987, after a European tour in conjunction with the release of his seventh album ``Anything,'' and a tour of Australia and Japan, the album was held at Harlow Town Park in Harlow, Essex, England. A treasured sound source recorded with a good monaural audience recording of the live performance is now available! It has been digitally transferred from Low Gene Master, and although it is monaural, it has a stable sound image, and each part is recorded with a well-balanced, clear, and good sound quality. The ending of "L.A. Woman" and the first half of "Love Song" are missing due to a tape change. The festival scheduled for July of the same year had to be canceled due to contractual issues with the promoter, and this was the first live performance in a month.This day was a free concert with free admission at an outdoor facility in the park. A single released in November of the same year, "In Dulce Decorum", a co-written number by Dave, Rat, Bryn, and Roman, and "Anything", a number from the then new album "Anything", and a single released the previous year, written by Barry. The cover "Eloise", which was endorsed by Ryan himself and reached number 3 on the UK chart, and the Chicago blues heavyweight Howlin' Wolf's number "Back Door Man" are played as arrangements covered by The Doors! They then played "L.A. Woman" by The Doors, and Dave's vocals reminded me of Jim Morrison, and I was blown away!
