The performance in Japan was realized for just one night in 1993. A 3-disc set containing the highest records is now available. What is included in this work is, of course, the “February 12, 1993: Nippon Budokan” performance. This is a 3-disc set with the best audience recording on DISC 1-2 and the classic TV broadcast pro shot on DISC 3. Speaking of them at that time, it was the "TWENTY 1" era, but by the time they came to Japan, two years had already passed since the album was released. First, let's look back at our history.・February 6th + 7th: Philippines (2 performances) ・February 12th: Nippon Budokan ←★This work★ ・May 28th - July 18th: North America #1 (26 performances) ←※SARATOGA 1993 SOUNDBOARD ・August 26th - September 1st: North America #2 (6 performances) November 11th - 24th: North America #3 (8 performances) [DISC 1-2: The finest full audience that surpasses even the broadcast soundboard Recording] This is CHICAGO in 1993. “SARATOGA 1993 SOUNDBOARD” was released the other day and has received great acclaim, but the performance in Japan was about half a year ago. This was also my seventh visit, 3 years and 5 months since my last visit. This work records such a show, but the main thing is a 2-disc full audience recording. As you might imagine from the fact that the main shot is accompanied by the classic professional shot, this is the best! It was recorded from the "A row on the south first floor", which is said to be the sweet spot of Budokan, and its powerful and vivid core will make you dizzy. Although there is a (very slight) audience-like sound in the sound of the snare, it is just a tone. The close contact with no sense of distance, the fine details, and the beauty of separation are just like broadcast sound sources. In other words, there is actually a TV broadcast, so it is not inferior to that official sound board sound. No, this audience recording is superior in terms of stereo dynamism and clear ensemble three-dimensionality. There's a reason why it has that kind of sound. In fact, this recording was made by a well-known master who has made many famous recordings. In terms of our recent collections, we have worked on STARSHIP's "TOKYO 1986 2ND NIGHT", Bryan Adams' "BUDOKAN 1988 1ST NIGHT", and Huey Lewis & THE NEWS's "KORAKUEN STADIUM 1987 1ST NIGHT" which will be released at the same time. Recorder. This work is the latest in the series that has been re-digitized from the original cassette. The ultra-clear sound of the barefoot sound far surpasses the professional shots of TV broadcasts. Full show. The professional shot version was edited to fit the broadcast time, but the live album is over 100 minutes long. Here, we have organized the set while comparing it to the highly popular "SARATOGA 1993 SOUNDBOARD". Let's do it. Terry Cass era・Chicago's trajectory: Beginnings/I'm a Man/Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?・Chicago and 23 vows: Make Me Smile (★)/Colour My World ( ★) / 25 Or 6 To 4・Chicago V: Saturday In The Park/Dialogue (Part I & II) ・Chicago VI (Harukanaru Amerika): Feelin' Stronger Everyday (☆) / Just You 'n Me・Chicago VII (Long Road to City): Happy Man (☆), Chicago X (Caribbean Whirlwind): If You Leave Me Now and Later, Hot Street: Alive Again (☆), Chicago 16 (Love Me, Tomorrow): Hard To Say I'm Sorry/Get Away/Chicago 17: Stay The Night/Hard Habit To Break (★)/You're The Inspiration/Chicago 19: You're Not Alone/Look Away *Note: ★" marks are songs that were not broadcast on TV. "☆" marks are songs that could not be heard on "SARATOGA 1993 SOUNDBOARD". , A professional shot of the TV broadcast of the same show.It is a familiar image to enthusiasts, but its quality is unmatched. Of course, there is an analog feel of the period broadcast itself, but the freshness of the master is amazing, there are no dubbing marks or tape twists, and it is noiseless and glossy. It's so beautiful that you wonder, "Was it officially released?" What is depicted with such visual beauty is a show in which Dwayne Bailey's guitar also shines. As mentioned earlier, there are some cuts, but the 90-minute length is so loud that you'd think it was a full song unless you were told, and unlike songs like "Feelin' Stronger Everyday," you couldn't hear it on "SARATOGA 1993 SOUNDBOARD." The rape tree is also delicious. In particular, “Happy Man” and “Alive Again” are songs that could not be heard even in the official live work “CHICAGO XXVI: LIVE IN CONCERT” from the Jason Sheff era, and you can enjoy them with semi-official videos. In addition to semi-official pro shots that update the highest standard of standard pro shots, you can also enjoy an amazing full live album that surpasses even the sound board. A 3-disc set vacuum-packed with top quality "1993 Japan performance" that was only held for one night. First appearance audience recording. Moreover, super high sound quality surpasses that of a sound board! ! Live at Budokan, Tokyo, Japan 12th February 1993 TRULY PERFECT SOUND(from Original Masters) Disc 1 (53:42) 01. Alive Again 02.
