We will give you an in-ear monitor (IEMs) album that allows you to listen to a sound check with the best sound. This work is a recording of the sound check held just before the "April 15, 2016: Osaka Orix Theater" performance. As with the Tokyo performance, Paul Martens and Matt Jardine's IEMs are mixed in a natural balance. It begins with the trial playing of each instrument, and the conversation and tone matching for seven songs are vividly recorded for about 26 minutes. What's so intense is the sound. Normally, most sound check sound sources are recorded using microphones by staff members who were present at the scene, but this work was recorded using IEMs. Therefore, it is captured with vivid sound that is not passed through the PA and is not exposed to the atmosphere of the scene. In fact, the performances, singing voices, and conversations that can be heard from this work are extremely vivid. It feels like ``I have the band in my head'' rather than ``being present at the sound check.'' Moreover, the sound quality is so beautiful that it looks like it's an FM broadcast or an official record. There are some songs like “Add Some Music to Your Day” that are cut off in the middle and “Surfer Girl” that only has an intro, but most of the songs are played in full one by one. I'm also happy about "Do It Again," which I didn't do during the actual performance, but what's even more intense is the meeting. Voices were flying from left and right, each one so close that there was no sense of distance between each person. Soundboards are a familiar experience when it comes to band performances, but when it comes to conversations, it's a different story. It feels like the members are holding a telephone receiver on each side and are calling each other through their brains. What's more, the content is consultation on detailed performance points. After listening to the splendid live performance on the main press 2CD, the intention of the masterpiece and the spectacle that shows behind the scenes are amazing. An IEMs album where you can experience a behind-the-scenes sound check with the best sound. This is a record where the voice whispers in your ear, giving you the feeling that ``Brian Wilson is there.''
