This is a stereo soundboard recording from the local FM on-air master, taken from a performance at a jazz club in Berlin, Germany on July 16th, during the Euro tour in the summer of 1995, following the release of their second album "Out of the Loop" after the band's reunion in 1994. Although there are some fade-in/out parts due to the sound source being for broadcast, James Genas (b) and other members who participated in the album also participated, and the interplay that cannot be expressed in studio recordings explodes throughout the album, with Michael's powerful tenor and Randy's petal as the main focus. The album starts with the beautiful "African Skies," which Michael later re-recorded with Pat Metheny on his own solo album, and the following "Harpoon" develops into a tense, reminiscent of 70's fusion. The final performance by the Brecker Brothers, which can no longer be seen now, is here in the best quality. 1. African Skies 2. Harpoon 3. The Nightwalker 4. Band Introduction 5. Song For Barry [Live at Quasimodo Jazz Club Berlin, Germany July 16th 1995 : stereo soundboard recording] ◇Michael Brecker – Tenor Sax / Randy Brecker – Trumpet / James Genus – Bass / Dean Brown – Guitar / George Whitty – Keyboards / Rodney Holmes – Drums
