Last year, Mehldau debuted his new solo work "14 Fantaisies for Piano" in London and was acclaimed by jazz fans around the world. This item records the second half of his solo performance at the New Mexico Museum of Art in Santa Fe on February 7, 2024. This time, he traveled to the United States and is considered the most influential jazz pianist of the past 20 years (New York Times), with the touch of Bill Evans, the breadth of Keith Jarrett, and the innovation of Chick Corea. Brad Mehldau's music is infused with the essence of jazz exploration, classical romanticism, and pop music. In this live performance, he reflects on the inner experiences he creates from his own consciousness. In the first half of the live performance, he recreates "14 Reveries," and in the second half, he reveals Mehldau's music itself while allowing for new discoveries from songs picked up from "Suite:April 2020."
