Bobby Kimball/Finland 2012

This is a complete high quality audience recording of Bobby Kimball's solo live performance in Finland in May 2012 before the highly successful "VOICE OF AOR" Japan tour. (Bobby calls it the "Bobby Kimball Band.") This is a complete recording of a small club concert in Lahti on May 24th, the first day of his four Finnish solo tours, with a top-notch sound quality for 1 hour and 33 minutes. This is a must-have and must-listen for fans, as it is a direct recording of the original digital master that was handed over to us by the recorder and is not available on the Internet or among traders. The backing band is the same as the Japanese performance, with the exception of Mats Pearson, who is the drummer, but is also a local member, and is centered around Tommy Denander, the guitarist behind "Voices Of Rock," so the performance is of very high quality. The set is a lineup of Toto numbers, except for the encore cover. Moreover, the golden set includes songs that were not performed in Japan, such as Tale Of A Man, English Eyes, White Sister, Make Believe, Georgy Porgy, Gift With A Golden Gun, and A Million Miles Away, making it a must-listen for fans. In the encore, Bobby plays Elton John's Burn Down The Mission and Father's Gun, as well as the rock and roll cover Good Golly Miss Molly. It's a shame that there was a clicking noise due to PA trouble during the encore, but every part was worth listening to. A recommended album with good sound and content.
