As a memorial to Tom Petty, Dylan's performance at RFK Stadium in Washington DC on July 7th was recorded on a soundboard leaked by a person involved in the tour, which was a US tour from June to August 1986, when he accompanied Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. First of all, the four songs after the encore are not included, so it is not complete, but Dylan's set is almost complete, including the solo set of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. Although there are various soundboard recordings of this US tour that have been leaked, most of them have been recorded with PA out, but this title has a wonderful live presence, and Dylan is so excited and full of spirit that you can tell from the opening that he is excited and full of spirit, and of course the band responds to that and performs the best performance.
