Bob Dylan colored “Japan in April 2016” with 16 performances. The live album of the final performance is now available. Following on from 2014, there was an unprecedented number of performances this time as well, and we have introduced many of the records. Here, let's organize the schedule and representative works. [Tokyo performance #1] ・April 4th-6th: Orchard Hall (3 performances) → “TOKYO 2016 3RD NIGHT” [Local performances] ・April 9th: Sendai → “SENDAI 2016” ・April 11th- 13th: Osaka (3 performances) → “OSAKA 2016 FINAL NIGHT” ・April 15: Nagoya [Tokyo Performance #2] ・April 18th and 19th: Orchard Hall (2 performances) → “TOKYO 2016: THE LATTER” NIGHTS” ・April 21st and 22nd: Orchard Hall (2 performances) → “TOKYO 2016: THE LATTER NIGHTS” ・April 23rd: TOKYO DOME CITY HALL ・April 25th and 26th: Orchard Hall (2 performances) ) → 『TOKYO 2016: THE LATTER NIGHTS』 [Yokohama performance] ・April 28: Pacifico Yokohama → [This work] As you can see, this time there will be an overwhelming 10 performances in Tokyo, followed by 3 performances in Osaka, and the rest in Sendai.・There was one performance each in Nagoya and Yokohama. This work is an audience album containing the “April 28, 2016 Yokohama performance” that will be the final performance. This live is not only the final performance, but also the location of "Pacifico Yokohama National Hall" is a highlight. Dylan has the image of regularly visiting Japan in recent years, but his last tour and the one before last were all about Zepp, and this was his first hall tour in 11 years. This time, the venue was Nagoya Century Hall and TOKYO DOME CITY HALL, which can accommodate up to 3,000 people at most. However, only Pacifico Yokohama had a capacity of 5,000 people. It seems that the capacity was 4,000 people on the day, but it was still by far the largest venue compared to other venues. It was a night filled with the biggest crowd since Nippon Budokan in 2001. Its scale is reflected in both the passion and sound of this album. I've heard people who have seen the Tokyo performance several times say, ``Yokohama was amazing,'' and the powerful singing voice is amazing, proving that statement. And even bigger than that is the sound. The recording position of this work is not known, but the elegant and generous spectacle is beautiful. The feeling of having a solid musical tone reach you straight and being enveloped by slightly gentle acoustics is something you can only expect from a large venue. Of course, it's not a blurry sound full of reverberation (at all), but the edges of each guitar pick arrive softly. And the best thing that can only be experienced at a large venue is the cheers. Of course, since it's Bob Dylan, there's no reason for the audience to make a fuss, but the applause given between songs is just wide. The applause of 8,000 hands of 4,000 people turned into fine, smooth waves that spread far and wide, falling like May rain. And you can clearly hear even the small voices in the distance as they cheer for Dylan, overcome by his passion. That spaciousness also becomes the energy for Dylan in the next song. The beautiful communion between Dylan and the audience was recorded in many famous recordings, but it is full of the size and sense of creating a concert. This is a live album that records Chiakiraku, which took place after a full month of touring around Japan, with stunning sound. It may not be as good as "TOKYO 2016 3RD NIGHT," "SENDAI 2016," and "OSAKA 2016 FINAL NIGHT," which had unusually high sound quality due to the large venue, but it is a great recording filled with beautiful sounds. This is a song that lets you fully enjoy the enthusiasm that comes with being on the final day and the scale of the venue being held for the first time in 11 years. Please watch this work and engrave the final appearance and singing voice of 2016 in your heart. Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama, Japan 28th April 2016 PERFECT SOUND Disc 1(47:44) 1.
