This high-quality stereo soundboard recording captures the reunited Blondie's 1998 concert in Paris, France! Three months before the release of their seventh album, "NO EXIT," their first in 17 years, this new release features a high-quality stereo soundboard recording of their live performance at the Bataclan in Paris, France, on November 4, 1998. The source material was digitized directly from a cassette master air-checked from a local FM radio station, and the mix and balance are impeccable. While there are three DJ announcements, none of them overlap the songs, and tape changes were made between songs, ensuring the broadcast source is completely recorded without any gaps. The audio quality is also exceptionally clear, far surpassing the pitch-shifted versions often circulating online, where dubbing can be overdone. The album includes three tracks from "NO EXIT," including "Maria," the lead single released ahead of the album that reached number one in the UK charts for the first time in 19 years, the 1980 hit "Call Me," the second single from their debut album, "In The Flesh," and the hit single "Heart Of Glass" from their third album, "PARALLEL LINES." Enjoy the superb set list, recorded on a high-quality stereo soundboard, summarizing their activities up to that point!
