SABBATH was reborn with Ronnie James Dio, and their UK/European tour featuring "HEAVEN AND HELL" was also well received. In the midst of such adversity, it was the Philadelphia performance recorded in this work that made Ronnie confident that he could succeed in America. According to an interview before Ronnie's death, at this live performance at "The Spectrum", a banner supporting Ronnie was raised, and enthusiastic praises and calls of "Ronnie!" never stopped.
