The disbandment tour “THE END” steadily moves towards the end. Tapers all over the world continue to produce super and superb recordings, perhaps because the recording line is still waiting for the last meeting with BLACK SABBATH, but once again a wonderful live album has been born. Even though it is the latest live performance, it is a mysterious one that has a vintage feel, and that is the audience album of this work “August 25, 2016 Mansfield Performance”. It's familiar to us every time, but since it's the last tour, let's take a closer look at the schedule.・January-March 2016: North America leg #1 (18 performances) ・April 2016: Oceania leg (7 performances) ・June-July 2016: Europe leg (17 performances) ・August 2016- September: North America leg #2 (19 performances) ←★Now here★・November-December 2016: North America #3 & South America leg (10 performances)・January-February 2017: UK leg (9 performances《BLACK SABBATH disbanded》 As you can see, we are currently in the middle of the "North American Leg #2." As I have already talked about in the explanation of the old work, this disbandment tour is a treasure trove of superb sound sources. The previous “BRISTOW 2016 (Shades)” 675), I said, ``Since returning to North America, the speed at which the finest sound sources have come out has slowed down,'' but since then, Mansfield has been making a comeback, not long after leaving Bristol. Let's check the schedule here.・August 17, 2016 Wantagh performance (first day of North America #2) ・August 19, 2016 Camden performance ・August 21, 2016 Bristow performance “BRISTOW 2016” ・August 23, 2016 Holmdel performance ・2016 Mansfield performance on August 25th [This work] These are the first five performances of “North American Leg #2”.This work is “BRISTOW”. It is a live album that comes just two performances after “2016”.The days are close and the set is the same, so there is no difference, but this work has a tasteful vintage feeling on top of the best sound. It's a masterpiece. It is strange to describe the latest recording as "vintage", but what makes this work so "vintage"? Sound. “THE” of the sound source abnormality. END", this work has a superb sound that can be called "like a sound board," but the subtle feel is strangely dusty. Don't get me wrong. The musical sounds of this work are not the same. It's the same... no, it's even more powerful. There's no sense of distance, and there's no noise or crackling at all. However, it has the vivid feel that only the latest digital equipment can provide. Not ``glamorous.'' Something brash and unfriendly. It strangely reminds me of the mood of the 70's. Again, this is definitely a new recording, and the quality is tremendously better than the 70's. Well, you could say it's like a broadcast sound source from the 70's. It's a sound that is both brand new and nostalgic. Of course, "It's like the 70's" is a compliment to the BLACK SABBATH recording. Anyway, I would like you to listen to "Snowblind" of this work. Even now, the sound of both Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler, which has not faded, resonates as if the 70's feeling has been restored, and Adam Wakeman's Mellotron sound amplifies this feeling. Tommy Klufetos is by no means Bill Ward, but perhaps because he has been supporting him for four years since 2012 (this is the same amount of years from his debut to California Jam), his understanding of the songs is unparalleled, and he is no longer “ It has reached a level second only to buildings. It blasts out from the speakers with a superb sound that even has a 70's mood. “THE END” cannot be easily called a masterpiece because it is packed with super collaborative sound sources, but it can be a candidate for it, and it is a song that exudes a unique personality. The sound source situation of “THE END” is gaining momentum again. This is a wonderful live album that symbolizes the comeback. Maybe I shouldn’t really say it, but to be honest, “THE END” doesn’t really differ from show to show. Even if you love underground sounds, the number of people who listen to many of his works is probably limited. But we don't just keep putting out stuff that no one listens to. The reason we can continue to release music like this is because we create unique and powerful masterpieces that make recording artists all over the world say, ``This is my ideal Sabbath sound!'' This is because there are people who can feel it (even subconsciously) and love the sound source. You can run the final “THE END” together with such people. How reassuring is this?
