A masterpiece recording that came late from the first leg of “THE END”, which became a sound source abnormality, is now available. As I have said many times, BLACK SABBATH's last tour was a super-rich tour that produced an abnormal amount of high-quality recording. Recordings have been reported from most of the live shows, and they are in a ridiculous state. Currently, after completing the first leg (North American schedule) until the beginning of March, enthusiasts from all over the world are working on an interim summary of the sound sources ahead of the Oceania leg from mid-April. This work is a recording that came out of that summary. The true identity of this work is the audience album of “February 15, 2016 Denver Performance”. If you're wondering, "Huh?", you're probably an avid enthusiast. Yes, this Denver performance was previously introduced in the 4-disc set “THE END TOUR: SAN JOSE & DENVER 2016 (Shades 625)”. Of course, it is a completely different recording from that 4-disc set. To be honest, even though it is a new recording, I was divided on whether to release it only because it was a well-known live performance. However, I have to introduce it even if I push it...The more I listened to the delivered master, the more I was inspired by it. Before we get into the sounds we're interested in, let's summarize the titles that have been released so far. ・January 22: Chicago performance “CHICAGO 2016” ・January 25: Minneapolis performance “MINNEAPOLIS 2016 (DVD)” ・January 27: Winnipeg performance “WINNIPEG 2016 (2CD)” ・February 6: Tacoma performance "TACOMA 2016 (DVD)" - February 9: San Jose performance "SAN JOSE & DENVER 2016" - February 11: Inglewood performance "L.A. FORUM 2016" - February 15: Denver performance [This work] - 2 February 17th: Kansas City performance "KANSAS CITY 2016" February 25th & 27th: New York performance "COMPLETE M.S.G. 2016" That's all. There were a total of 18 performances in the first leg, but high quality recordings and videos appeared in 10 of them. Even though it has appeared so far, the quality of this work is so great that it cannot be ignored. Of course, the master recorded in “SAN JOSE & DENVER 2016” was also released because it is of high quality, but if you compare it, you cannot help but give preference to this work. Although it is only a guess from the sound, it may be that the taper himself was emphasizing the slightly distant musical tone in "SAN JOSE & DENVER 2016" by irritating. There is a processed feeling as if the performance was lifted sharply from the spreading reverberation. In contrast, this work is completely natural. There's no need to apply equalization, and the loud musical tones come right at you. The guitar cuts in with a strong edge, and the drums make a rich sound. Particularly wonderful is Geezer Butler's bass. ``N.I.B.'' and ``Iron Man'' are so loud that you'd think they were made from extremely thick rubber bands. It is full of the naturalness and directness of the sound itself from the scene. It's a sound that makes you realize once again how amazing the sound at the scene was. Indeed, the sound itself says, ``I'm the best in Denver.'' This is one that has appeared precisely because mania around the world is in the process of summarizing all performances. The live performance itself is already well-known, so it's a bit maniacal, but it's still the best live album that I can't help but introduce. The first leg is the ``last start'' before the Oceania leg starts in mid-April and the Europe leg in June and July. Please take a look at the masterpiece that was born from this summary.
