This live performance at the Philadelphia Spectrum on February 13, 1984, was recorded in full from the high-quality audience master, which could be called A-rank at the time, during the US tour after the release of "Innocent Man," which is said to be the most pop album of Billy's albums. Since the late 1980s, he has gradually stopped releasing albums, and his activity pace was just about to slow down. Three months later, his fourth visit to Japan was a huge success, and this live performance was at the peak of his history, which could be said to be the culmination of his history up to that point. Also, the set list for this world tour, especially at the beginning of the tour, was different from when he visited Japan, starting with "Mexican Connection," followed by the hit songs of the time, "Uptown Girl," "Tell Her About It," and the title number and "Longest Time" from "Innocent Man." This is truly the best of the best live performance, with all of his representative songs from his debut album "The Piano Poet" in 1971 to this time. DISC 1 : 01. Mexican Connection/02.
