The last trio, which is familiar to Evans fans from the analog era, performed a European tour at the end of 1979 with Mark Johnson and Joe LaBarbera. The club gig in Madrid, Spain in December was released for the first time in a definitive edition with accurate speed/pitch adjustment and latest remastering! ! The last live performance in Spain by Evans' last trio, which was held in November and December 1979, was first released on three LP records and has since been released by various labels. It was held on December 12th at the Balboa Jazz Club in Madrid, which had a capacity of just under 100 people. This live performance features Evans's best performance of the classic song "Nardis" in his later years. This definitive 2-disc complete edition has been accurately adjusted for the first time and has been remastered to the latest version! ! Starting with "Reperson I New" from Evans's popular album "Moon Beams," the album includes the ballad "Blue in Green" from Miles Davis' "Kind of Blue," a monumental modern jazz album in which Evans also participated; a 20-minute passionate performance of Evans' beloved piece "Nardis," known for his "Explorations" album by the original trio, which he reworked into a dramatic number in his later years, a performance that ranks among the top three live performances of this piece; solos by Evans, Mark, and Joe, and other tracks, all of which have previously had some questionable parts in terms of speed and pitch, and have been remastered to perfection. This is the definitive edition that perfectly captures all 15 tracks!
