It was over 50 years ago that the Beatles began working on a new album to follow up their ``White Album.'' This period was called the "Get Back Sessions," and as a result of rehearsals and filming for the movie "LET IT BE," which would be released later, the discord within the group that had surfaced during the production of the previous album was resolved. It became a document of a period of escalation. Although the production was progressing with such ups and downs, it was still the Beatles who managed to finish it off with a rooftop live performance. The Get Back Sessions was originally a project aimed at the return of the Beatles to live shows, but because they had become so big at the time, the idea of holding a live show never materialized. George not only temporarily left the group during rehearsals, but also rejected the idea of performing live. Although it was able to fit back into its original sheath, a live scene was absolutely necessary to conclude the ongoing recording and filming of the film. The guerrilla live performance on the Apple rooftop on January 30th was realized not only as a compromise solution but also because it had the advantage of being able to be put into action immediately. Yes, this is the footage from the rooftop live performance. Of course, the original version is the movie ``LET IT BE,'' but that version was released by HMC, which caused a lot of attention a few years ago. Based on that, Lord Reith tweaked the rooftop live scene and released it a few years ago. First, he adjusted the unnatural tones. As you can clearly see from the view of the cold sky projected when Paul and Ringo appear on the rooftop, this time the colors are more natural. What he put more effort into editing than adjusting the color tone was faithfully reproducing the rooftop live performance scene. For example, in the movie, during the song "I've Got A Feeling," the image and voice of an old woman shouting, "What on earth are you planning on doing?!" is shown, but here, the same take was used on the album "LET." IT BE" was dubbed, and a shot of a passerby was added to eliminate the grandma (lol) so that the performance scene and the audio could be seen without being separated. There's a big difference between having that grandmother's scream and not having it. Furthermore, in the next song "One After 909", before the performance, Taxi's Un-chan responded, "Is this a new song? It's nice", but that scene was also cut. Also, in the HMC version, we have adjusted the beginning of the last song "Get Back", which had a low volume for some reason, so that it can be seen and heard at normal volume from the beginning. In this way, the rooftop live scene has been modified with the attention to detail of a maniac. This is sure to be enjoyable even for those who are used to the HMC version which became a huge bestseller!! Apple Corps, 3 Savile Row, London, UK 30th January 1969 (22:04) 1. Rooftop Intro 2.
