BBM, the super band that revived Cream in the 90's, was a unit that disintegrated after just 14 live performances, but here is a title that combines their valuable sound sources and videos. First of all, the sound source is a complete recording of the Paris performance on June 28, 1994, which is the final stage of the tour, from a high quality audience master. Among BBM's audience sources, it can be said that the balance, clarity, and separation of each instrument are top class. Check out Gary's play that is unique to this unit throughout, and the vibrato, tone control, and small delicate touches. Beautifully reproduced down to the nuances. In particular, "I Wonder Why" has a wonderful sharp blues lick and cutting, "Naked Flame" has a long solo of soulful crying with careful tuning, and "Deserted Cities Of" has a nice keyboard backing accent. "The Heart" is a must-see for Gary's machine-gun-like guitar solo and Baker's drums that are unique to this tour. And the video DVD includes almost a complete 95-minute recording of the final stage outdoor performance in Renge, Denmark on June 25th, from the angle from Jack Bruce's side to the right of the stage. Although it is a position where you can see the three people, Jack and Gary's zoom is often used, and the quality can be said to be almost perfect, except for some disturbances that occur in "I Wonder Why". Also included are "Waiting In The Wings", "I Wonder Why (You Are So Mean To Me)", "Glory Days", "Naked Flame", and "Can't Fool The Blues" from "AROUND THE NEXT DREAM". ", "Why Does Love (Have To Go Wrong?)" etc. are valuable video takes. And Gary, who was essentially in charge of the band, played wonderfully, with a solid backing and a sharp and outstanding guitar solo in the solo part. Particularly must-sees are the crying solo on "Naked Flame" and "Why Does Love (Have To Go Wrong?)," where he takes lead vocals in the blues style of the time.
