Remastered from the 73-minute master, which is longer than the 40-minute broadcast, and the set list from that time has been reproduced as much as possible. The thrilling funk of "Love Your Life" from "Soul Searching" in 1976 opens. Just the live version of this song gives me goosebumps. Then there are songs from the new album and "Same Feeling, Different Song" from "Warmer Communications". This heavy funk, which is like a song version of "Pick Up The Peaces", is also very rare to be performed live. The mellowness of Ned Doheny's cover "A Love Of Your Own" melts you. It's also cool that Hamish Stewart's bass on "Person To Person" reminds you of Sly's "Thank You", while Steve Felloni's tight drumming flows into the cool "Got The Love". The slow "Cloudy" from Cut The Cake, "I'm The One" with the band introduction, the heavy groove "Your Love Is A Miracle" from Warmer Communications, and "Pick Up The Peaces" which is more of a grandiose funk jam than a song - arrangements that were unique to that time are amazing. The last track is "School Boy Crush", which was also performed by the Prince band. This is a great live performance that can be said to be the pinnacle of Average White Band.
